I would give them zero stars if possible. Moved into a 3 year old house where Marco installed the two a/c systems . My upstairs thermostat stopped working so I figured I'd call this company. Spoke with Ashley who had an attitude the minute I tried to explain my situation to her. I told her that from my research, I think it may be a fuse issue and instead of her asking what you would think a business would ask, which is " let us come by and check it out for you", she says to me sarcastically that "if it's an electrical problem, you need to call the electric company". I then told her that I would prefer they come out an check it and that I would have to take time of work to be there so should I make an appointment?...and she tells me "well yes you need to make an appointment". At this point I'm wondering why I'm even still on this phone with her but I ask when would be a good time to make an appointment...again, because I have to take off work and she replies "well we're all booked up today". I then told her how rude she was and that I would take my business elsewhere. Wow, what great service from the company that installed the two units! A/C companies are a dime a dozen and I'm sure I'll find someone who will be more than happy to assist me and earn my business...I just wonder what the owner of this company would think about how his employee handled this over a simple problem like mine which I'm sure occurs all the time. I'll be sure not to ever recommend this company to anyone.

After leaving a negative review on their site they called my elderly mother (who's husband and my father had just passed away) and made rude comments. They had left tools and the air unit broke down just 24 hours after the "repair" to which the untrained intern said, "oh yeah I know what I did wrong." Stop sending untrained interns without a trainer to educate them and don't call a customer when they give you a negative review! All these 5 star reviews aren't from real customers either. Probably a paid off shore SEO company or just their own employees. Avoid at all costs.
