Very knowledgeable technicians. They have great communication skills and keep you informed. They do an awesome job and clean up when finish. We have used AC Masters for many years and will continue to use them

Job is not installed yet but I have every confidence that will be done in the same manner as everything that has led up to my purchase and upcoming equipment installation. All while I have been out of town.

AC Masters was fantastic. They came to my house and found a leak on my coil. They recharged with refrigerant and got AC coils covered under the warranty. I mentioned to them that I wanted to contact Trane for covering some of the labor since they gave me faulty parts. AC Masters did this for me, and got Trane to cover all the labor.

Work has not been done yet, but I am very satisfied to this point.

Was super stressed about replacing my ac unit... Ken came out and the proposals were so fair I was in shock...was thankful we had been having cooler temps but knew those warm ones were coming! Accepted the proposal on a friday and Shefe- the tech was at my house at 830am Monday! He was very polite and professional and made me feel comfortable from the start! Adam, came later to help and set up thermostat. He was excellent and thorough and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb 🤣 They made the process so easy and painless- I was humbled and so thankful for the way it worked out so perfectly. I will forever recommend AC Masters to everyone! 😍😍

Sebastian and John did a great job on cleaning my air ducts and vents. They even cleaned everything afterwards. I would hire AC Masters again. Great people, great company.

We used AC Masters for our HVAC replacement 2 years ago during a renovation and recently added a whole house dehumidifier.
The owner Ken Stroud personally came to my home to see if adjustments could be me made to the existing system and check for air leaks in the home. He looked for ways to avoid that additional expense. We opted to proceed for optimal dehumidification at a VERY favorable price. Ken’s top-notch technicians installed it in less than three hours. Thanks Billy and Josh.
After questioning Ken on bathroom venting, HE reviewed the initial work order from the reno AND AT NO COST upgraded my bath venting. I applaud him for his integrity! He easily could’ve charged me for work that I was totally unaware of.

AC Masters provided a timely and very reasonable quote. Their crew showed up at their scheduled time, were very polite, did a great job with a complicated HVAC unit movement and cleaned up afterwards. The project I had dreaded turned into a non-event thanks to AC Masters.
