AC Masters

I have had a Goodman A/C unit since 2013, and I have nothing but problems with it. I have used Snyder Heating & Cooling and Waychoff's Air Conditioning to help me with my A/C problems, but both companies were a rip off and both companies had me dump tons of money into my unit, saying it would benefit me in the long run. No matter what I would continue to have issues with my unit.

So Finally, fed up with dumping money into my unit, my wife and me decide to go with a Trane unit. I' am sure glad we did.

Steve Toney at AC Masters contacted me right away, and scheduled a time a date in the morning, that way my wife and myself did not have to miss a day at work. Which I have never seen from a company before. He was right on time and when over everything with us. He also gave us an estimate for installation and duct replacement. He also said he understood if we wanted to go out to other companies to get their estimates, but we are already sold on his dedication and professionalism.

Steve Toney set up our installation and duct replacement right away. His team which included lead installer Seth and helper Jorge, arrived on time to begin installation. Seth and his helper Jorge stayed until 5 pm, to ensure the system was just right for our house hold.

The next day for duct replacement, Seth and helper Jorge, again where back on the property early and stayed until around 630 pm, ensuring everything was clean as they found it and even stayed around to make sure the AC system came back on the right way.

In all my time in Florida and even as a service member, I have not seen this much dedication from a company. In this day in age, its hard to find people even a company to trust.

I know in my heart that I have found that company. I will only do business with AC Masters here on out.

They have been to the house multiple times for various reasons. The techs are always very professional, courteous and quick to diagnose and repair whatever issue the system is having. No reservations recommending them for any type of AC service you may need.

When my 15-year-old, ac system recently met its demise, from sales to the installation crew, my experience with purchasing a new ac/heat pump system was painless. Steve in sales held to his word on every aspect. The installation crew was professional and efficient. I barely knew they were here. They were quick and efficient and left behind no trace except two brand new Trane, super-quiet, highly energy efficient ac/heat pump systems. We loved how quiet the main downstairs unit was, as they are located just outside the master bedroom window, and just had to have the upstairs system replaced too. Thank you Steve and crew at AC Masters.

Our ac needed to be replaced quickly on a hot summer day with 2 small kids in the house. AC Masters came right away and got the job done. They also had the best price and value for the unit we purchased. We look forward to using AC Masters for all our AC needs for years to come.

AC Masters recently installed a new system in my home and repaired a few more things to improve overall airflow. I initially thought the project would take a few days. But they are incredibly efficient and got everything done in one day with some minor follow-up work the next morning. And for the high quality of work, their pricing is competitive and reasonable. Overall, the team is very professional, knowledgeable, communicative and responsive to customer needs. Would highly recommend!

Professionalism includes on the road. Cutting people off, brake checking, etc.

Edit: Details are as follows: License Plate IKKM59, situation initiated when your driver sped up to make a turn off Atlantic Blvd onto St Johns Bluff, cutting me off as I was crossing the green light, where they proceed to start break checking, I went around them shortly after. Only for them to speed up again and ride my tail end of my car passed a couple stop lights until they went around and went a good 60mph ahead, by that point we reached the next light and they turned off onto Beach Blvd. This all took place around 8:20 in the morning on 10/17/22. Two people were in the vehicle.

The gentlemen at AC Masters did a phenomenal job replacing my upstairs AC unit. They took the time to come by and scope the situation out and make a recommendation and were very prompt with the install time!

Technician was very polite and clearly explained the work he performed. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks.

Used them for A/C maintenance. Although they were a little late from a few other jobs, they called to let me know. Joseph was my technician and he was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and professional. I would recommend and use again.
