AC Masters

Just had my new Trane, 18 SEER unit installed by AC Masters and could not be happier. Steve Toney came to my house and assessed my needs and was very thorough in explaining everything involved in the process. He was very honest and forthright and had my best interest in mind. The installation crew was extremely proficient and did a fantastic job on getting the new system in and cleaning up afterwards. The owner, Ken, even came by to check on the job and to make sure I was happy with my decision. I wholeheartedly recommend AC Masters to anyone looking for a new system or looking to have their unit serviced.

After speaking with Ken, he send his technician Adam out to diagnose my problem. Adam had the wiring problem Figure it out in 10 minutes. I could not be happier with the service that Adam provided. Another company install my HVAC and my heating zones have never worked properly for the past nine years. I would highly recommend AC Masters.

Steve and his team did a fantastic job for me at a fair price. AC is not a cheap investment so I did a TON of research. I had over 8 quotes. I compared price vs quantity and quality of the various HVAC brands. Steve offered the clear winner and did what other businesses refused to. I didn’t get the “scammy” vibe that I got from others. Steve was communicative and easy to do business with. His install team was in and out and there has been no issues whatsoever since the install back in June (now September). The install is one of the most important parts of the job because it will directly affect the duration of the system. It’s a good sign that nothing has gone wrong (knock on wood) yet.

Had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Adam he was Awesome! I got lucky I initially booked an appointment with this company for my mother who was a customer. She was very happy with them I decided to try them too. For I had concerns with service received from another company.
i booked service 10/8/20 I schedule mom first then myself. He did an Awesome job, showed me a bunch of hair and grease he removed from coils and walked me through things he was going to do outside unit was so dirty, leaves etc. things needed and hadn't previously been done..I am a Happy Customer!
We will ask for mr. Adam's again.

I fully endorse and recommend AC Masters for home and office HVAC work. I met them when they came to service the office and then hired them to maintain and service our home systems. We recently had some trouble with our home unit and they have provided excellent, personal service and follow-up. They have been consistently professional and reliable in every interaction. This is my third time using AC Masters. I refer them to all of my friends and family. My AC stopped working Sunday night. I called them Monday morning and to my surprise they had a same day appointment available.The technician spent only about 5 minutes looking around before he figured out what the problem was. He answered all of my questions and had me up and running by the time I walked from my backyard in the house to grab my purse. They always provide superior and trustworthy service. They’ll always be my go to for all of my AC needs. Thank you to everyone at AC Masters. I appreciate all that you guys do.

These guys are good, Adam repaired my aged system and didn't try to up-sell me, however, when I inquired about a new system he provided quotes that were very reasonable.

It was necessary to order the needed part and when delayed, I again inquired and Chris answered me within minutes, when it comes time to replace my system, these are definitely the people I will call first, I would highly recommend them.

The tech was on time and knew what he was doing. He was personable and a pleasure to deal with. The service I received from the front office to the final call was a great experience. The price for repair was reasonable and I will definitely be using them again if I need repairs.

We had two air conditioning units replaced--a three-zone, two-speed Carrier and a one zone, two-speed Carrier. They offered the best pricing of all the estimates I received. The work was done efficiently and with care. One unit had wiring issues requiring numerous return visits. All were done promptly and professionally. Very easy to work with.

AC Masters has been a great HVAC company. In February, they installed a new TRANE system in my home. When I was not able to be home for the install, we were able to complete the entire transaction through emails. Recently, the unit needed repair because the AC plumbing lines became clogged. The technician, Adam, came out twice that day to make sure my unit was working properly. He also showed me how to quarterly use a wet vac to pull out the gunk myself in the future, saving me money! I did business with them before the installation and they were great then, also. I would recommend them as a reliable, reasonably priced full-service HVAC company.
