AC Masters

They had installed a new A/C unit in April 2020, the unit stopped working and required a new fan motor. I was surprised that I had broken so soon, but A/C Masters made the repair quickly.

Joseph the repair person was professional and thorough. He answered my questions and explained what needed to be repaired. I am very happy with the service and will be sleeping cool tonight! Thank you!

From start to finish this company has delivered in service and quality when it came to replace our old HVAC system. Steve Toney helped us from providing the estimates, answering any questions that popped up, called towards the end of installation day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and is currently still assisting us to make sure the inspection goes smoothly. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He was a great help to make this process seamless and painless. He’s done an amazing job!! On the other end, the installation crew, John and Nick, did a fantastic job! They took their time to make sure everything was installed correctly and at the end took us through the whole installation process and necessary maintenance, making sure to answer any questions we had. They were also able to get our install scheduled quickly since our unit was broken. Seriously, I cannot say enough about this company. Steve Toney gave us a quote for a new AC system. He was in contact with us from beginning to end. He is very professional as were the installers. They took extra precaution to protect my hardwood floors since our air handler is located inside our home in our hallway. They cleaned up and everything was perfect when I got home. Highly recommend this team for your AC needs. This is one happy customer.

Our A/C went down with a leak, of course we did not know that at the time. AC Masters came out right away to check everything out. I'll skip all the miserable details of Florida's heat & humidity with no A/C..... They checked EVERYTHING!! Found the leak, fixed it, got us back up and running.
