I thought I was having a problem when I replaced my thermostat not knowing that there was an installer program embedded in the unit. So I called these people and spoke with Tori who is was so professional and efficient she had an appointment for me the following day. Luckily for me I was able to resolve the problem myself and called them back canceling the appointment. Because of Tori you will be my de facto air-conditioning people from now on. Thank you so much!!!
