Excellent service was provided by AC Masters. From initial telephone call to complete installation. The AC Masters team was quick and attentive and provided excellent advice. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful and no sales pressure ! I highly recommend AC Masters and look forward to working with them on our annual maintenance.

We have had many experiences with other AC companies in the past and we were always disappointed. After finding some major issues with our HVAC system, AC Masters came recommended to us. To say were were pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, but they seemed eager to help and concerned about the issues we were having. They showed up on time, explained and reviewed the work that was to be done and took their time doing it. They eased our minds in a very stressful situation.

I called on a Friday night at 10pm after discovering the floor around my AC unit soaking wet. Got a response around 6am Saturday morning, and a technician was at my house getting us back running by around 10am. It meant a lot with my wife being pregnant and having company staying with us—not a great time for no AC. Steve Toney went above and beyond to help us out. Incredible service!

A/C died, on a weekend of course. Adam was great, came out on Saturday and diagnosed problem. Got parts on Monday and was flexible on time to come install them. Appreciate his professionalism, quick work and overall knowledge.

Absolutely professional 5-star service I couldn't be happier they worked as a team and they executed an entire reinstall of air handler and condenser unit in an impressive time frame. Ac masters recently installed a new system at my home. They were extremely professional and when they completed the work the clean up was outstanding. I believe i got a good value for my money and i will use them when I replace my other unit I will use them.

Incredibly professional high-end installation. Ken’s team communicated well throughout the process. They where clean and thoughtful regarding our interiors at all times. This install included complete ductwork replacement, tying in a whole home dehumidifier with wifi connected controllers that monitor and control humidity as well. We chose the high efficiency filter system as we already have this in our downstairs system. This work was all done in a second floor attic space in a 1930’s home. The price was competitive and worth every penny. We are highly satisfied.
