The tech arrived early was professional, who a mask for protection of himself and for us. Had a great sense of humor which was welcomed since I am working from home and removed from people. The job was quick and complete. He also offered tips for how I can prevent the same issues in the future. 5 stars cause I couldnt put 6 or more. Will use again and will recommend Gator Air and Energy

Gator Air & Energy checked my AC unit, replaced two capacitors, put in a larger (5 inch), longer lasting, more accessible filter and cleaned my ducts. Pleased with their work. Lee did the initial service, estimate and scheduling. Josh and Tristen did the ducts and filter. Lee followed up. Pleased with their work. They were pleasant and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a reputable local company to supply your air conditioning needs you have found the right business! I could not be more pleased with the way this company has given me the information and products that makes me feel confident that the air in my home is the best quality possible. Their response time was immediate. Lee went above and beyond to give me the best service possible! I will only call Gator Air and Energy for all my air conditioning needs.

So I very rarely leave reviews. in fact, I didn't post a review right away, because I want to see how my AC was working out. It has now been almost 3 months and no issues or complaints. I admit, I probably got eight different quotes from different individuals. I wasn't looking for the cheapest thing, but neither the most expensive. I really wanted something that I thought was good quality at a good price. These guys were efficient, intelligent, and by far was the most thorough looking at my house before installation and after. I'd recommend them to anybody and I know I will use them in the future. Just so you know, I did not get anything for this review, honestly its just for selfish reasons. I want to promote this company because I want them be around for a long time so I can use them in the future.

Matt, Lacey, and the Gator Air team were fantastic! We had a last minute emergency issue and they were able to come over on a moments notice to help resolve the problem so that our business could stay open the next day. Very thankful for their hard work and dedication to their customers! Thank you!

Highly recommend!! After securing several quotes to replace our HVAC, we contracted with Gator Air & Energy .. and couldn't be more pleased. They had the best price .. wonderful customer service … and seamlessly replaced our 17 year old system. Overall wonderful experience.

My experience with Gator Air and Energy has been great! The staff has been prompt and helpful from the first phone call I made. Both Tristan and Matt were very pleasant and informative throughout the entire time they were here!

We called on a Saturday after our HVAC stopped working. They immediately came out and got our system up and running. The other companies told us they couldn’t do anything until the office opened on Monday. In June, in Florida, it’s not tolerable to not have air conditioning.

Great service, professional with great customer service. All the phases from the appointment setting to text messages with the Crew in route to the servicece and then the follow up text message of Thanking me.
