I had a very nice experience with Gator Air & Energy. They installed a new AC unit, worked around my schedule, and the staff was very profesional, Lee, Jacob, and Robert. They also follow-up with the AC installation. I highly recommended them.

18 year old unit died. Matthew was at our house to provide solutions within an hour. Rob at the office was really responsive and answered my questions after hours. Ultimately went with purchasing a whole system from Gator Air and Energy even though they were not the cheapest option of the bids I received---but they were the friendliest and most responsive which matters a lot. Torey and Matthew came, installed the unit, and I am more than please. Both of them are friendly and easy going people. Sucks that I had to buy a whole unit, but I am glad to give my business to a company that actually cares about treating people with respect.

I called Gator Air & Energy about a broken a/c and they were able to send a technician within a few hours. John arrived on time and fixed the problem. He took time to explain the issue to me and tell me how to better care for my unit and keep it functioning well for a long time. Great service. Thank you!

When our air conditioning stopped working, I called Gator Air and described the symptoms. They were already in the area and arrived with a half an hour! Chuck was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had our system back up and running within an hour. I highly recommend Gator Air!

We've used Gator Air & Energy for several years now. This latest service call was to clear the condensation drainage line. The technician came out a day after we placed the call. He was very polite and courteous and quickly cleared the drainage pipe. He also recommended and instalked a safety cut-off switch to prevent the A/C unit from being danaged if the drainage line were to clog again. We recommend using their services for HVAC repair and maintenance.

I couldn't be happier with Gator Air & Energy's after-hours service. Matt arrived within minutes after I made a desperate plea to diagnose and fix what was wrong with our downstairs air handler that was icing up and leaking water. Turns out, there were several things that needed repairs. The work was done conscientiously & professionally until all vital signs showed A-OK. Now, I am considering an annual contract and would definitely use Gator Air & Energy again.

Will not backup their work . You are the one who made the hole in the core in the air handler and when I called you to Fix-It you told me you needed to put a new line set in shame on you

Our AC puttered to a stop Sunday night on Labor Day weekend. We called Gator Air & Energy and were assisted in troubleshooting over the phone, and promised a prompt visit in the morning. As soon as we made contact in the morning, they were there within half an hour and had our AC functional and better than before even. Made a lifetime customer while we live in Gainesville.
