Me..... I was so amazed of their job, being on time, and placing the air condition system in one day....I would recommend this company with anyone who has air conditioning problem.. I love my new air conditioner...it works great.

The Two technicians that came out went above and beyond!!!! These guys are so wonderful; they stayed later than expected due to finding another issue with my unit. I am so glad they took the time to go through and check everything thoroughly. I just want to say thank you to Lee and Ryan for doing the awesome job they did and I have to say anytime that I need more work done on the air condition unit these guys will be the ones that I will call!!!! Quick, Courteous and Professional. Had a service person within 2 hours after calling as my A/C was not working. Price was fair. DEAN our service person was Fantastic! Not only did he resolve the problem he went above and beyond to make sure the system was working properly and even did some preventative maintenance so I wouldn't have problems in the future. Too the time to explain everything to me so I understood the problem. Would highly recommend.

My AC stopped working on a Saturday and I called Gator Air and Energy. They were prompt and fixed my AC within no time. I can't be any more happier with their professionalism and how efficient they were. I will only use and only recommend Gator Air and Energy with any future AC or heating issues.

Great service!! Came same day (which is rare since we live out of Gainesville and in High Springs) and cleaned out our dryer vent since my new dryer wouldn’t work. Stated it was fully clogged. they were very professional and highly recommend them.

Awesome service! I'm an out of state property owner that happened to be in town when my A/C went out. Gator air and energy responded to an after hours call at my property within minutes of me leaving a message. 9pm service call at the normal rate- Quickly diagnosed the problem and got our air working again. Gator is my new HVAC company.

Amazing service! I called out of the blue asking for service for my rental property’s AC around 7pm. They showed up at 8pm, fixed the problem and left a reasonable bill. I didn’t even have an account with them and the repairman did the work with only my phone number as my info. They are my new favorite company! Well done!

Lee, the technician was on time and professional. Lacey was great to coordinate with as well and very thorough! Chuck the owner was patient with my family and I, he provided additional insight. I used them for air duct cleaning, range hood replacement, and AC unit repair while moving into the new house!

I had called another AC company to come out when my AC broke in the night. They sent someone out who told me it was broken, and they gave me quotes for purchasing a new unit. This was on a Tuesday, and they told me that they would be able to get it installed by the weekend. The next day, when I called with the unit I had selected, they told me they may not be able to get to it until Monday, but would let me know Thursday. I told them I needed it by the weekend, as I had family coming up and my house was 87 degrees. I began calling other companies to see if I could get something done before the weekend. Gator Air and Energy was probably the seventh or eighth company I called. They asked me a bunch of questions about what the other guy had said was wrong, and then told me they could not only get it done by the weekend, but the price they offered beat the price of the other company by a significant amount. Within an hour of hanging up with them, they had someone out to look at the unit and make up a formal quote, which didn't change from the price they gave me on the phone. They did what they said they would do, and were very nice. I am so happy I called around instead of taking the first quote I was given, and I am thankful to Gator Air for getting it done on time and for a good price.
