Our AC was fixed in 6 business hours from when we called last night. Our technician, Robert, was professional and helpful. We have been using Gator Air and Energy for 10 years for our personal residence and several rental properties, and they have always arrived quickly and have done an excellent job.

Our service was great! Our thermostat short-circuited, and Chuck came in the next Monday morning and fixed our thermostat and did a full cleaning of our air conditioner. He was very friendly and efficient. Thank you Gator Air & Energy for your great service.

Walked into my home after hours of yard work, to find my a/c wasn’t cooling. Called Gator Air & Energy, and within 30 minutes had a technician working on the issue, on a Saturday! Dean, the tech was fantastic and explained everything as he was completing the work. Highly recommend them

I am very pleased with my entire experience. I had mini splits installed in my guest house and Gator Air was fantastic from start to finish. Price was reasonable, installers were quick and efficient, and the finished product is exactly what I was after. Highly recommend to work with them.

Of course my AC went out on a Saturday evening... Isn’t that always the way? I spent a miserable night without AC and put a call in to Gator Air and Energy in the morning, based on reviews. So glad I did! Lacey reached out quickly to make arrangements for a tech to come by. Josh came out and, in relentless rain, assessed the situation and made the necessary repairs. He was thorough in his explanations, so good-natured even though he was getting rained on much of the time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He spoke with my out-of-town landlord to bring him up to speed on what he found. Josh had everything up and running in short order. I’ve had a great experience with this company. Having a broken A/C is usually a terrible experience, but from the very first call to the moment they left my house, Gator Air turned my experience around and reassured me that there are honest companies in the world. From the minute I called, I could tell by the friendly woman on the line that Gator Air valued their customers. She was very respectful and was able to get someone out to service my AC that afternoon (even earlier than the anticipated time!). The repairman did not try to up sell me anything. The price was a flat rate and at first I was disappointed I forget to ask for the UF alumni discount, however upon calling the next day, Lacey applied the 10%, refunding me the rest—something very few companies would do. The next day my AC stopped working and even though it was after 5pm, someone was there to fix the problem within 20 minutes. More so, they recognized the issue (an honest mistake) and discounted me the rate I paid the day before. Their honesty, respect of customers and speedy service are qualities I appreciate. I would definitely recommend this company and use them in the future for servicing my AC.
