They showed up on time, explained all the recommended work, and executed the plan all within a week! They provide appointment reminders, notifications, and billing options via text/online as well. If you need someone to recommend the right HVAC equipment for situation and not just someone trying to sell you something, I'd highly recommend Gator Air and Energy!

Our heat was not coming on during the last 3 cold nights. I called Gator Air and they sent out a crew the same day. The guys were positive and helpful and finished the job in a short time. I like how Gator Air has always taken good care of me when I need them.

I wanted to replace my 25 year old AC Heat Pump System with a new one before it broke down. Called several companies to compare systems, prices, and availability. Lee Eckert of Gator Air was prompt to respond, provided the best price for a quality new system, and was ready to install within just over a week. They were right on time and completed the entire replacement in about 3 hours, cleaned up, and were gone. I must not forget that communication was key, with frequent updates by Gator Air on delivery status and installation schedule. True professionals.
