I have had grimes service our businesses over the years and it was a no brainer to have them install our home unit. Very respectful and responsive. Great job, they also went the extra mile with a certain drain spout. Thank you fellas‼️🤩

My family and I have used this company for many years. The service, personnel, and work they do is stellar. They are prompt and the ac technicians are knowledgeable, polite and I feel they are a very honest company.

Hi have used Grimes in the passed to install a entire AC unit and was very happy! Great customer service and great install. Recently we used them for my mother in laws 3yo AC unit that was installed by another company. She’s had nothing but problems. Called Grimes and they got someone out within hours and a part ordered and fixed the next day. We will confirm refer and use Grimes in our family.

Put the ac temp low but did not put it back to our normal. In the past the tech tells me I may notice an odor when the furnace is checked. The wall switch was never moved to heat and no odor. I truly don't believe the heat was checked during this visit. Nice young men.

Used to work here, if you have ZERO LIFE out of work and LOVE working NINETY HOURS plus in a seven day period, this is the place for you!.. Management shows up 30 minutes late and leaves thirty minutes early and expects the worker bees to work past 9 pm every night while they're sipping martinis @ 6pm @ home out of the shower, this place is YOUR cup of tea!

I was promised a 10 year warranty on both parts and labor but now I’m being told that I have voided my warranty because I didn’t have the unit serviced annually but nowhere in my purchase agreement does it mention anything about having to have the unit serviced every year or the warranty will be voided.

Grimes did an outstanding job on quoting and installing a new AC system for me in an expeditious manner. All of their staff were efficient, courteous and thorough with all aspects of the job.

Diagnosed my a/c problem fast the same day I called.
