Grimes Heating & Air Conditioning

Move to the area in the beginning of this year. I was a contractor up north but was unable to buy components as I am not licensed in florida for A/C work. Grimes came recommended from a friend. Their pricing was very good and I was happy every step of the way. They replaced the condenser the same day they quoted the work. Even if I nit picked I would have nothing bad to say!! Their tech was extremely professional and polite!! There was no trace of any work being done, all screws and hardware was picked up, no garbage was left behind.

Austin was the BEST! He came on time, called before he came, and went above and beyond just a yearly service. We had some air leakage around the unit due to the previous installer and Austin straightened out the problem quickly and efficiently. My wife was so appreciative of Austin’s attention to detail and that he helped her understand the system better. Great job! We highly recommend Grimes Heating and Air. They are long time residents of the area and offer quality service at reasonable prices. All the service people communicate well and they follow up as needed. This is not a fly by night AC service. First the company was very reasonable with the price and liked that it was a family owed business. The guys who can to install our new system did such a great job installing our new ac system. They cleaned up after themselves and our garage was cleaner after they left than before they came. Thanks for doing such a good job.

Had my old AC updated to a new one received five quotes. Robert from Grimes gave me the best deal and for a quality trane unit. Installation group did an outstanding job. Very hard-working friendly and polite I wish I remembered their name but unfortunately I forgot. Nevertheless they were outstanding.
