I’m so glad I called this company, after a bad experience with a prior AC company. Grimes AC were professional and Honest. They resolved the AC unit issues in. Reasonable fee. I’m great full I called them. I recommend them Highly!

Service person, Austin, was excellent. Explained everything and took time to make sure all in good order. It takes awhile to get an appointment, since it was an annual maintenance call not an issue. Hope if I have a problem they will be responsive

We’ve been using Grimes for about 15 years now. They have always been easy to work with. They check and maintain our HVAC every 6 months to ensure it is always working. When the fairly new pump (which was out of warranty) suddenly failed unexpectedly they did not charge a service fee.

Joel, was the service technician for our 6 month maintenance. He arrived as scheduled and did a thorough job serving the unit. We had been having problems keeping our air filter, located in ceiling, in place. Joel was nice enough to fix our problem by making a couple of metal brackets to hold air filter down. I’m sorry I had not shown him this problem before. Now I can change filter easily and quickly! Thank you again Joel for solving our problem!
