Grimes Heating & Air Conditioning

I have used this company for years. Recently, they came to repair an AC that was not working. At first they told me I needed a new thermostat. They installed the $1200 thermostat and then told me there were other parts needed to get it working. When the other parts came in, (3 months later!) they told me the new thermostat was not compatible and so here I am stuck with a $1200 part that never worked a single day. They would not take it back and refund me, rather they suggested I keep it in case another one breaks. I give them two stars because they did take about $500 from their labor bill.

Grimes technician was on time and very professional. Problem was located and parts were ordered immediately. I was very pleased with the service call.
