We had Grimes out because a competitor had quoted us on totally rebuilding the air handler for close to $2000. Grimes gave us good advice on going forward to stop our line from plugging up and reviewed the air handler system, drained the line all for $129. Very impressed with their knowledge! Thank you!

I was visiting my very ill sister. Her A/C wasn't working. I called that night and Danny came at midnight. He fixed the thermostat and it worked fine for a little while. The next morning I called again and Ryan was sent out to fix the thermostat. We had to replace it.
The way both men conducted themselves was professionally and with great kindness.
