Nick L. provided prompt, courteous service. Clogged drain line tripped float switch in attic.

The tech was very courteous and professional. He explained to me exactly what he was doing to my unit he also explained to me exactly what he saw and why he marked things the way he did the report. He explained to me about the yearly contract for two checkups a year and help me sort out options for how to get that done since I’m not here most of the year. He explained the process and the cost of replacing my unit when that needs to be done as well.
Overall I was very happy with my technician and what he did.

I had a tremendous experience. Timmy met me at my home and realized I had elderly renters and made every effort to have the units installed ASAP. I received an outstanding price and there friendly staff let me know when they were on there way. My upgrade system is appropriate for a beach house location and my tenants can enjoy the property for as long as they are renting. Many thanks for the outstanding customer service received. This company was a NO SHOW TWICE!!! Made an appointment for an estimate and the tech never showed or called. I called the office and they apologized and said Robert would come by the next day, same time. No show again and no call either. I had to leave work early for these appointments. I wasted time and money. Truly unprofessional and disappointing.
