Issue with water leaking from a/c unit. Quick response. Disappointed that unit is under warranty but we still have to pay for a defective unit.

Dependable service when I need it. Been using Grimes for over 20 yrs to maintain my A/C units & repair as needed.

Selecting a new air conditioner and (a reliable company to install it) is always a major decision. So glad we went with Grimes Heating and Cooling. They made the entire process a confident and easy one. Robert came in to assess our needs and was professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Their price was one of the most reasonable which, of course, is always a factor. Once agreed to have their company install the new system a date was set. Brian and his team arrived promptly and had us up and running in a few hours. I was grateful as it was one of those 90 degree days here in Florida. So we are now enjoying the comfort of cool air here. I highly recommend Grimes Heating and Cooling for your home.

I had used their services in the past in an emergency situation and was very pleased and was interested in starting a preventative maintenance program. I was in luck, they had a cancellation for the next day! Service tech was very polite and knowledgeable. I hope to only see them twice a year, but it’s reassuring to know they are there when needed.

Do not call the number on the sticker unless it is these folks. The other company made me wait 8 hours before telling me they were not coming and wanted $250. This company was here in 45 minutes, fixed the AC in 10 minutes for $150. Best service I have seen in a long time. Outstanding.

I purchased a condo in Ft. Pierce and needed a new A/C system. Robert Grimes came out for the estimate and was very informative and helpful. After several estimates, I ended up choosing Grimes. The unit was installed in a timely manner and the 2 men that did the install were very nice and quite professional. They got the whole thing done in just over 4 hours!! Everyone that I encountered at Grimes was very helpful and courteous. They were the only estimate I got that gave me a few bucks off for paying cash and I really appreciated that. Robert also told me about the FPU rebate which none of my other estimates mentioned. I have already recommended them to my friends and family. They seem like a great "local" company.

Grimes did not install my system, (I was new to the area and relying on my electrician for referrals), but they are certainly my company NOW, and I will request Danny as my AC guy going forward!!! THANK YOU!!!
