Wiring needed to be replaced and after the fix didn’t seem to solve the problem a second tech came out and fixed it. We are very happy with Grimes.

We have been using Grimes for years. To me they are honest, professional and stand by their products and service. We purchased and they installed 2 AC units and air handlers. They also service them every 6 months and change all the air filters. Being a loyal customer for years, I highly recommend Grimes.

Our service repair man, Danny, was excellent, he was honest and thorough and a very pleasant man to deal with. Danny told us our air conditioning unit was made by carrier and was still under a 10 year warranty and that the air conditioner was only five years old at this point, so all we had to pay was the service charge and the labor everything else fell under warranty, we would not have known that as we just purchased this home and had no clue on the unit. We will continue to use Grimes Company and Danny as our service man excellent service without a doubt we highly recommend this company and the service man.

I was very pleased with Grimes Air . Robert was professional , knowledgeable , answered all my questions and had my unit installed in a super timely manner . Evan and Caleb did the install and both those guys were knowledgeable, professional and got the job done quickly . All of my interactions with Grimes has been professional. I’m pleased I chose them and I was not disappointed with the high level service and quality of the unit .

Even though we needed service on a weekend they did not take advantage and over charge.I would not call anyone else for my service even if I had to wait until Monday which I didn't. Thankful for the quick and efficient service.

Call diagnostic check had problem with fan blower making noise at start up and then quieting up come to find out fan motor with inoperable due to electrical winding possible bearing problem on a York 3 * 16.5 seer this unit is a year-and-a-half-old comes with a 10-year Parts warranty in a 10-year labor warranty when I called York it was a special they're running but they charge me for it the warranty on the labor part with extra so the only charge I have to pay is check out service call diagnostic time I've known Grimes AC to be in business for over 30 years that I know I was a manager at St Lucie Tire and Battery downtown Fort Pierce and Jen used to come in with her vehicles and we used to service all their air-conditioned vehicles for oil changes to tires too basic repair but again Grimes AC is a great company family owned and operated in the Indian River County area in but they service all different areas so if you want the best leave it to Grimes and take a rest and be assured they will do 100% quality job and they guarantee their work 100%
