In desperate need of a new AC unit for my home, I called Seacoast. I repeatedly heard their ads on radio and having never used their services before, gave them a shot. ERIC FREEMAN came to my home promptly to go over options and was professional, kind and knowledgeable. He was undoubtedly the reason i chose to give my business to Seacoast over 3 other competitors who didnt even come close. The install took place the next day by Zach Stone and Jose who were terrific. Having worked for the Ritz-Carlton hotels I was used to exceeding expectations of our guests. I was extremely pleased with their customer service and their desire to meet my needs. My experience went great with Seacoast. The guys who came to install my new AC aren't on the list. Their names are Shane and Nate. I want them to get the Recognition they deserve. The technician Lee was excellent. Arrived on time, very pleasant guy, did a thorough check up and explained all the tests he performed. Highly reccomended. We have used Sea Cost for the 4+ years we have lived in Florida. Great service, fast response whenever needed.

It was a Sunday. A very hot Sunday. And my AC wasn’t cooling. They were responsive and Chris came to the rescue. He was kind, timely, competent, and genuine. He came again the following day, as a courtesy, and was on time and communicative again. He was honest, thorough, and went to bat for me when another company really tried to screw me over. Thank you so much, again! I sincerely appreciate Chris and the rest of Seacoast for being so great and honest!

Austin was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and even educate me a snowbird with no hvac experience.
He was clean and neat very polite and a pleasure to meet.
Austin did an excellent job of serving my AC unit and during the diagnosis of my AC he found a problem with the building (80 units condos)water tower and while here he found a serious electrical problem with the water tower pumps electrical wiring system. He found melted wires in the main circuit breaker panel for the tower pumps. He advised the building maintenance person Ralph to contact a licensed electrician immediately as he mentioned a potential electrical fire 🔥 hazard.
I and my neighbors are very grateful for the information that was so valuable for our safety.

Signed up for the bi-annual preventative maintenance. Brian did an awesome job!! Was very efficient and answered all my questions. Scheduling for the appointment was easy and they accommodated the day of the week that worked for me!! I would recommend Sea Coast 10/10.

We've been using them for three years for their AC Maintenance program are are very pleased. Our system continues to run without any issues. They come every six months. They contact you via text when it's time, they answer the phone when you call to schedule the visit (Ann in the office is great) they arrive on time and employees are neat and personable. In short, they do what every business should do but not that many can do.

Our Air conditioning went out on our anniversary and by noon it was 84 inside , they helped me put in our window air conditioner and later put in portable in living room. They advised us on three different air conditioner systems and repair alternative, and the different warranties options. Everyone was very helpful and clean polite experience-thank you Sea Coast . Johnathan was patient and very polite . Johnathan took pride in his job as did Zachary and the rest of their staff and office colleagues

Hiram with SeaCoast identified the issue immediately, and offered both a budget cost solution as well as new equipment. He was fast and courteous. He was able to explain to me in detail the issues. I'll go back to SeaCoast for my services.
