Sea Coast has always been able to service our AC unit the same day we call. Their friendly technicians explain the problem and quickly have the system up and running.

Zach was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very pleasant personality. He thoroughly checked inside and outside components. Fortunately, there are no issues with my 11-year old unit ... very happy to hear that. I have always been pleased with Seacoast's level of care!

Chris came out to do a yearly maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and actually corrected a long-standing situation with our thermostat. He offered his help in ordering filters and gave us some ideas for the future. Took his time in explaining things. Thank you Chris. The best technician! Five stars!

Oscar only a few moments to understand what the problem was and fix it was deeply appreciated. Not only that but Oscar was very informative and very helpful in my thinking about my next choices with regard to the heating and cooling of my home. After my regular AC company was bought out by another business, trying to get them scheduled was horrible. I reached out to SeaCoast and it was like talking to an old friend on the phone! They were very responsive and kind. Sure they were busy and had to schedule me two weeks out, but when Tom arrived and spoke with me, he made me feel comfortable and he was truly a professional. This is the kinda gentleman you want to come to your home! He was neat, clean and even interacted with my Golden Retriever as if they were buddies! Tom, thank you for your professionalism and kindness, I will ask for you from here out!

4/7/23. My second service was exactly as I expected! Jamar was stellar, he called and left me a message that he was enroute. He arrived, was greeted by my Goldens, who totally were mesmerized as he performed his work. He was very kind and easy to talk with. Again, SeaCoast has surpassed my expectations, and I will continue he to have them come for my regular AC maintenence!!!

Brian was very thorough and professional. Although he did not find the reason the compressor took an hour to kick on, I was pleased with how he systematically went through all the possible causes.

All of the workers are polite and respectful. This time we had Brian and he lived up to SeaCoast standards and ours

I called at 10:42Am today and Jason arrived about 2:30Pm and fixed my AC problem within 30minutes,when other places told me they would call 24-48hours to schedule appt.Thank You very much Jason for fixing my AC in a timely manner.

Seacoast is great. They replaced our unit in Harbour Isle and do maintenance annually. All their techs have been good but Brian has been outstanding. Always on time, clean & personable.
