Ric was my first contact, in sales, to get me an estimate. He took his time and was patient and thorough in addressing any and every concern or question I had, and gave me options and broke everything down for me. He gave me a wonderful first impression that made me want to choose SeaCoast in the first place.

A week before install, the night before Thanksgiving, our existing AC needed servicing. Ric reached out and had Jason sent out as our tech. Not even 20 minutes after he first drove up he was done and I had working AC for the holiday.

Yesterday Felix and Angel came out and replaced our old unit. What I had expected to be a full day project took them barely 6 hours in total with little to no disruption of my day, including extra work that was needed to bring the cabinet and existing lines up to date. The new system is beautiful, installed cleanly, and working like a charm.

The city inspector today said that everything looked beautiful and that SeaCoast provides some of the best service and satisfaction he's seen in this area...further cementing the fact I made the right choice.

They came same day I called. Back home it would be days.
They came out and repaired an ac unit I bought from them 8 years ago. I bought the warranty and they repaired it and that was it. Working great and the guy was great. I still can't belive it. I expected they would say there was a stipulation so we don't cover this part.Not the case Fixed it, serviced it and cost nothing. They are great.

The representatives that they send are very pleasant, professional take their time and always clean up after themselves. I have been in this house 12 years, in my other house 24 years. I used East Coast air conditioning for both homes. I had them install air conditioners in both. I ALWAYS pay for the yearly contract. They always have kept me with good air or heat! I won't use anyone else. I AM A SATISIFED CUSTOMER!!
