I needed a new Hot Water Tank ASAP--old one was leaking. Paul showed up on time and was fast, efficient and neat completing a quality installation. He took the time to talk tom me about proper maintanence and was pleasan the whole time.

Wayne is an outstanding Service Specialist for ARS- Ft Myers Fl. He goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer is satisfied. He is very experianced and is very pleasant to talk to. ARS is fortunate to have him for an employee.

ARS has been our "go to" air conditioning company for years. We noticed yesterday evening that the air conditioner was not working properly and called ARS this morning around 8:00 a.m. for service. Mario Diaz, the technician from ARS, was here by 10:00 a.m., had a couple of problems fixed and was back on the road by 11:30 a.m.
Mr. Diaz is very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong in detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to know about their service protocol.

I requested Alex and John to come and repair an ongoing leak in the drip pan which was the result of previous service calls that didn't fix the problem. They began at 9:15 AM and finished at 1:15 PM. A cracked pan was replaced, pipes were totally replumbed and our wet drywall was replaced.

Wayne was very professional, answered all our questions, performed the requested service and educated us without any high pressure sales. We will definitely be contacting Wayne and ARS for future needs.

Great customer service! They do everything they say they will do and are very respectful to you and your house. The only reason I marked 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are pricey, but other than that, it's a great company to do business with.

Excellent service. On time! Shawn was a very good tech. I was a little shocked by the price of the UV bulb. Everything else was great.
