He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to not only fix the problem, but also took the time to happily answer my questions and explain everything he was doing. My AC/ Unit is 4 Years old , my Maintenance GUY come over form Unique to check my AC & Unit , then he told me, that UNIQUE docent work anymore with DIAKEN this company-,exactly this company,which was recommended from them to me for 4 years ago, also there told me , my Warrenty is not longer with them and I need to pay now for everything extra , now Warrenty &&&&& I call the manufacturing to ask them , and there told us we have over 10 Years a full Warrenty incl. Labor &&& - Fact , Unique Worker incl. the Sale Manager both was Lien to me , the only risen was for them to get my to buy after HURRICANE IAN a NEW AC & Unit - I call my Lawyer told and send him everything from them, End is : I cant trust a company there try clear to Lien on my and my Wife , also the CEO comes out to my House he was so nervous & nicely that I not suing the company- we find a solution for both Site , I will never every will work with them again, PLEASE make always your your RESEARCH , call Manufactory to make sure that you be on the Right Site with your Company !!! BAD Experience

We have become acquainted with Wes H., Mario D., Douglas S., Rick., Paul and Dan through years of regular maintenance visits for Wes and Mario, and the others during the purchase/installation of a new HVAC system and water heater this week. They are all top notch professionals and excellent customer service oriented employees.
We have been with ARS for over a dozen years and count the company and their staff/technicians as real problem solvers. We now have the confidence that our HVAC and hot water needs will be taken care of for many years again.

Mario was very helpfull and professional. Even though the problem with the AC seemed to come back working on it's own mario still checked everything to make sure it was working properly. Mario was also the tech. that installed the new AC last august and was the same professional as he was on the service call.

This company has bent over backwards to keep my home cool, giving me an A+ unit when my old system broke, making it possible for me to pay for it, and Wes, their technician, has been the greatest! He just fixed a problem in under an hour and was here (after hours) in less than 2 hrs from when I first called for help! Now, that is top notch for any business!! Thank you, ARS.

On Friday. April 24, 2015 Wes Lalanne arrived to service our air conditioner for
our semi-annual inspection. Wes is a very pleasant and nice person and happily
answered all my questions as he worked on our system. Upon arrival he immediately put on his shoe covers before entering our home which greatly
appreciated. We would recommend him most highly and would welcome him
back to take care of all our air conditioner service or problems. A true gentleman!

We have had an awful experience with this company and do not recommend them. They send technicians to fix a system they installed and recommended that do not know how to service said system. Our system won't cool our house to the temperature we set our thermostat to, and they apparently do not know how to fix it. We have had service technicians to our house almost every month and sometimes multiple times per month throughout the year we've had the system. They now refuse to return our calls or respond to our emails. TERRIBLE DIAGNOSTICIANS WITH NO INTEGRITY TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISES!
