Mario did a thorough job of checking out the existing A/C system during his maintenance inspection. He identified and solved an electrical hazard that existed.
Chuck recommended a suitable replacement system for Air-conditioning and heating. I was pleased with his solution and prices. Chuck provided all the information necessary.
Wes removed the old AC system and installed the new system. Ray worked along with Wes. I was impressed with the professionalism of Wes. Later, he provided answers to my questions on the 'humidistat'. A few days later, Chris flushed the Water Heater and checked its condition. Between him and Chuck, a suitable replacement unit was selected and priced out. I was very happy with the way he installed the new Water Heater and cleaned up the area. Jodi was prompt in getting the AC system inspected.

Overall, ARS has an excellent team of professionals. They are knowledgeable and efficient. Their 'Customer Service' is excellent. They work as a team. I recommend ARS. Already, they are installing another system for a neighbor on my street.

Recently had my bi-annual AC service with ARS. The service tech Mario D, who has served my AC several times arrived on time. He thoroughly clean and sanitized the AC system as required. He made sure the unit was working properly for the upcoming season. He did not rush and spent the necessary time to do the job properly and correctly. Our AC unit had stopped cooling our house so it was time to bite the bullet and get someone in to repair it. We did not remember what company we used in the past so having seen my neighbor use Unique Air, I set up a time for the evening. Upon arrival, our service man Vinny set out to repair the problem. He found the problem right away showing he had expirence and knew his way around an AC unit. It turned out to be a burnt celluloid to which he replaced. I relayed the age of the unit which he was able to confirm but surprisingly did not try to sell us a new unit like so many other companies have done in the past. Vinny made suggestions on what Brands and power ratings we should be looking for plus he explained what the different ratings mean. He did not act like a car mechanic by throwing out terms that most people won't understand. I made an appointment to talk with a sales person about getting a new unit not because they were there but because Vinny was such a standup guy. I will deffenetly request they send out Vinny as well have have my friends request his presence for all their AC service needs.

The Technician, Vinnie was on time, he was courtesy to my home and wore all of the protective gear that I would expect (Mask, Shoe Covers, Gloves, etc.). He quickly diagnosed some additional items of concern beyond my regular Maintenance Visit and unclogged a slow draining Condensate line which was causing the system to trip one of its safety switches rendering itself non-operable on an intermittent basis! He cleaned up and genuinely thanked me for my business!

Mario Diaz is the best AC service professional with whom I have worked. He is very conscientious, explaining every last detail to me. Even though this was an every six months preventive maintenance, Mario spent over three hours explaining the issues with my system. I will need a new system, but Mario left no doubt about needing it or the general type required. While never an enjoyable task to pay for a new unit, it is reassuring to know Mario and ARS are standing behind it. Thank you Mario.

This company, Unique, is not the least expensive nor the most expensive. I wish the price could have been less than it was. But, a special finance plan was offered to make the payments more affordable & a special discount promotion was applied to the price.
We were very please with this company, from the first diagnostic technician to the completion of the installation. Unique’s technician, Warren, examined our HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable & totally explained why we were having issues with our 17 yr old system. He suggested that a customer service representative should come to our house to discuss the options that would solve our issue. About 90 minutes later, Chris C, the service representative came to our house. He was extremely personable & informative about all the different options we had & what system would be the best one for the size of our house. He never pushed us into purchasing something that we didn’t need or if he honestly felt certain devices weren’t necessary. Since our system was old, we decided to have a new unit installed. The installers Luis & Lester were wonderful. They were very careful not to damage any cabinets or walls. They did run into a problem with the heating element in the unit & immediately order a larger one that would heat our house adequately & work more efficiently. They came back the next day & installed the new heating unit. It worked great! They were very clean & swept all the debris that was left after the installation was completed. They hauled away our old unit & large boxes that the unit came in. They checked the system very carefully to make sure it was working very well before they left. The whole process worked very smoothly, efficiently & we are very happy with our quiet new Carrier HVAC system. Thanks again Unique & all the people who made this such a positive experience, Warren, Christopher, Luis & Lester. All very nice people!

Wayne was our service tech for both a yearly maintenance as well as, a problem we were noticing with the AC itself. I found Wayne H to be both courteous as well as very professional.
