Wes does a great job on my AC every time he comes out to service it. I always feel like he's doing everything he can to make sure my AC works well for as long as possible. He answers all of my questions and works diligently to find a solution to any problems I may be having with my system. I will definitely ask for him again.

RATED: F Unique bought ARS, which was my prior air conditioner service company. I had service & paid by credit card. I received an email invoice with no detail indicating cost of parts and service rates. Service person was here 45 minutes but I was charged $240—told verbally the part was warranteed. Clearly, they made up the difference of the part as that is not the hourly rate. I attempted multiple times to speak to a manager. No return call-not once. I informed my maintenance manager ( as they appear on our approved vendors list). He called them & interceded. Still no return call.

Our condensing unit would keep shutting down and tripping a breaker there-fore no air conditioning in our home. This was frustrating and concerning. The first tech that was sent out replaced the contactor and that very same day the problem still existed which now was becoming increasingly frustrating as my wife suffers from respiratory issues. I requested a tech with more experience. They sent out John Jones there field supervisor. John quickly and professionally diagnosed the issue. We had a bad compressor. John replaced the breaker that had continually been tripping and installed a hard start kit to get us through. A new compressor was order and installed all within two days. John was outstanding. Extremely Professional, Excellent communication skills and obviously very talented. My wife and I are both very appreciative and greatful to John as he not only allievated what could have turned out to have been a very serious situation for us, He did so in such a caring and compassionate manner.

We're so happy we chose Unique instead of one of the many others in the area. We loved your financing, but more than that, we love the system that Kevin suggested, along with the warranty. Vinnie was very thorough in checking the system and also explaining everything to me.
I appreciate that.
Also, this is the second time Vinnie has come to service our AC.
If possible, I request that he come whenever our AC needs maintenance.

Paul called and arrived on time. We reviewed the jobs he was to perform and he immediately went to work. He replaced a toilet, replaced a shower control, and
re-aligned a shower head. He cleaned up the work sites, completed the paperwork, and left in about two hours. He was neat in his appearance and was professional and friendly in his demeanor. As in past jobs for me Paul's work was excellent as was his attitude.

Very disappointed with my experience with Unique Services. I scheduled an AC service for $79 which seemed fair. The tech showed up and didn't do any work because we are not service plan members and said this was just an inspection. I paid $79 for them to send someone out and aggressively try to sell me an entire new system. Now I get a call every day from them even on Sunday trying to sell me a new system.

The tech Eddie was knowledgeable very polite and he was able to fix the problem and waited. For the unit to be working good. A big SHOUT OUT for EDDIE.

Your service technician, Mario, came yesterday afternoon to do the second PM call for our air conditioning unit under our maintenance agreement. Mario has been here previously and as usual did an outstanding job of checking out the a/c unit and air handler. When he gave us an "A OK" on the condition of the system, we now know that we are set to go for the remainder of our hot and humid summer. In addition to being a great technician, Mario is a very pleasant and courteous gentleman. 5 Stars for Mario.

Chris was the Teck who came in to deal with a plumbing problem. He was professional, knew what needed to be done and quickly solved the problem. He was on time and left everything cleaner than when he began. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I use ARS for all my repair needs. Thanks
