I called ARS to do an annual service on my A/C system (they got me in that morning!). Our service tech (Mario Diaz) was absolutely the BEST. He was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable with his knowledge. After owning my own business for 22 years, I am quite possibly the hardest person there is on sales people to sell to. Mario sold me on $500 worth of upgrades to my system and I'm positive that he steered me in the right direction. He is an asset to ARS, and just one reason I will be doing business with them in the future.

Chris came out for a A.C. tune up and we were very impressed. He took his time explaining everything about our A.C.unit, addressed some issues we’ve been having, and really took his time teaching us everything about our unit and layout. Had ARS drop by for a scheduled maintenance service. Mario D. was our service technician, whom we have had service our AC system previously. He is the best technician, cream of the crop. Intelligent, very knowledgeable about what he does, whether it be a general maintenance service, or an emergency situation. We have experienced both in the past. Mario also has a pleasant personality, explains what he is going to do, what he needs to do, what he feels we should do, etc, with respect to our AC/Heat system, air handler, condenser, and more. He would be my first choice as technician for any issue or non-issue I ever have with my system.
One other note re Chuck Winters, the brains of the ARS crews. Has the most thorough knowledge and know-how of any technician I have ever dealt with. In my mind, there is only one service company I would consider turning to when it comes to the AC/Heat system, ...ARS and Chuck Winters. And personal service technician, Mario D., hands down. Thank you for all your help ARS

I had scheduled an appointment 3p-7p. I arrived home early from an outing called ARS to come anytime. Wes arrived promptly at 3pm. he was very cordial and polite. He has been to my home on other occasions for service and always does a good job. He is very through and knowledgeable. He is able to answer all my questions. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

It is June in Southwest Florida...so hot! And we woke up to the AC not working. At the recommendation of a friend we called ARS/Rescue Rooter and within 90 minutes a technician (Mario) was at our house. He was very friendly, explained what his process was with assessing the problem then spent a good length of time investigating the unit up in the garage attic. We felt confident that he took his time really figuring out the problem and thoroughly explained what issues he found. It ended up being a motor and fan issue...he took the parts with him to ensure that he returned with the correct parts. This is key in our mind because in past situations- AC companies have never went above and beyond to make sure that not only the service they provided was above par but that they want to make sure things are done right the first time.
I have never had any technician show so much attention and care to helping get the issue solved in a quick and effective manner. So if you get the chance to as for a technician, you can't go wrong with Mario!
We woke up hot and miserable and are now enjoying an evening in the cool air! I would recommend the company to anyone.

Richard was amazing and fast to diagnose the problem which was bigger than I imagine. My unit is about 16 years so it was in its last breath. He was able to find the problem quickly and get us that sweetie cool air fast as we do leave in florida. That humity might kill you

Mario Diaz was outstanding! He represents ARS in the very best light. It began with him calling 1-hour ahead and confirming he was on his way...well within the 2-hour window that was scheduled. Mario has been to my house several times over the years and is simply an "exceptionally" polite and courteous individual. He takes the time to answer my questions. He investigates and allays any concerns I have. He tells me what is needed and when it is needed. And because of the way he conducts himself...I believe and trust in what he is telling me.
