From customer service to technicians, my experience has been awful. July 3rd the AC stops. July 5th a tech is scheduled between noon and 4. 3:50 with no, I'm on the way call, Marcos shows up. $309 later AC is working. Until 2 days later. Next tech says original part was not the problem but had to replace it anyway because it was the wrong part. Motor is the issue. It is working now but will need replacing he says. That night no more AC again. I have had rude people on the phone. Been charged for parts I didn't need and nobody fixed the AC. Now I'm having to find an account repairman.

My service person was Wes L,and this is probably the 10th time Wes has serviced us whether just a check up or something more important. Wes is great, he is professional and courteous, and gives us a great sense of security that things are done right.

Wes came out to service the AC unit for a neighbor of mine whose condo I was watching. It was Christmas Eve about 1pm when it became apparent that the AC unit was not working properly. Wes diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and he had the necessary parts on his truck to get the AC running smoothly again. Wes took a great deal of time answering my questions and insured I was observing the gauges before and after service to insure freon levels and cooling were all in order. Wes is a real pro and a very service oriented person.

We had a failure of our system when we attempted to turn on the heat this AM this was only 12 days after we had the system checked by ARS. Wes the tech arrived at 3:00 PM & explained the charges for the call & offered us some choices then opened up the unit in the garage ceiling & found that the problem was a fuse. He replaced the fuse checked the thermostat response & explained the cost, $90.00 for a fuse replacement on top of a $69.00 service charge seemed a bit high! However Wes was very polite & professional . knew his stuff. so for his part of the service call we were satisfied.

Had my semi-annual visit from ARS today (4/27/2016) for my Hvac checkup. I had requested Mario D. as my service tech when I made my appointment, and Mario it was, ...for good reason. Mario is knowledgeable, thorough, and precise when it comes to these systems. He is also a very caring and personable individual. Mario is the best when it comes to working on my HVAC system. He knows what he is doing, and affords explanation that is easily understood. He also offers tips on how to care for the unit and maintain it between visits. This time, there was a capacitor that would soon need replacement, as I evidenced by the meter reading that Mario showed to me. Without replacement, the motor would be taxed to do its job efficiently and likely breakdown sooner than it should.I chose to have it replaced while Mario was present, especially with the heat that will arrive for a sustained period this summer.
