A friend referred me to Chuck. Not only was he affordable and trustworthy but he wrote the wrote the book on the Customer experience. Living on the beach presents humidity challenges and after installing 3 new units Chuck monitored temp and humidity for weeks until it was completely dialed in. He was quick to respond to concerns and was always texting me updates. He kept my units on his Honeywell remote app in my absence to make sure Humidity was always in check. He also repaired an issue that wasn't his and revisited the job on several occasion over several weeks. As a business owner myself I can't say enough great things about my experience. Chuck is the real deal in an industry fought with fly-by-night contractors !

I called and scheduled an appointment for Monday between 11 and 1. They didn’t show. Got a call that afternoon apologizing and they offered to reschedule for the next day. Same hours. I even got an email confirmation from them for my second appointment. No show AGAIN. What a huge waste of my time waiting for someone to show up. Not professional at all. Very disappointed.

We receive regular maintenance from them and just had a new system installed. They kept our old system running beyond its expected life and installed the new one efficiently and with thorough instruction on how to use it.

They did an awesome job they where great I am so happy with the work they did they helped me with extra stuff I couldn't do by myself they did a great job so happy with them they did everything right no cutting corners well worth it they also told us how to maintain it monthly so it will last longer well worth it I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacement

My A/C went out on a Saturday 2 hours before I was having 20 people at my house to watch a football game. Accu-Temp got me up and running before my guests arrived. Great service and the Gators won! Thanks Chuck and Paul.

Shawn was able to work around some building obstacles to provide me with a professional installation . The owner , Chuck, represents his company with both fair pricing and strong customer service .

Ted, did the maintenance on the HVAC System, it also needed a few parts and he showed me and explained to me why they needed replaced.
The cost was very reasonable, and the Service was great.

I originally called for a 2nd opinion after 2 companies insisted my 7 yr.o old unit needed replaced! Accutemp fixed it for $200 (the he thermostat) n the only trouble I've had since then is regular maintenance and clearing the occasional drain.
They're honest ,knowledgeable, and just really some Stand Up Guys! Most recently, i had a broke foot so was about to have to send my painter home when the guys hired to haul my refrigerator didn't show up . Rich tapped my painter and they it hauled to the side of the road before I could even call another company!
They have saved me lots of stress and money the most importantly, remind me that there are still good people in this world. Thanks a million Accutemp!
