Accu-Temp replaced my original unit. When there was an issue with a part covered under warranty they quickly did an analysis and ordered the necessary part. It was installed quickly and in an efficient manner.

Lost AC Fri. PM. Started calling around Sat. AM. First place I called accidentally forgot to call me back until about 3 hours later. Second place I called wanted $100 extra because it was a Sat. and couldn't come out until the afternoon. AccuTemp called right back and had my AC working within an hour and a half of contacting them and it was only the $59 fee plus parts. They are killing the competition.

Had to replace the entire heat pump system in the home I just bought along with several other things I had to have done here. So far, they're the ONLY business that did what they said, when they said, how long they said and for how much they said.

Contacted them on a Saturday nitethey came at 11pm, replaced a part nd I had AC IN 30MIN WITHOUT PRICE GOUGING. PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AND RELIEVED. TECH EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. NO OUTRAGEOUS WEEKEND FEES.
