Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning

We originally called for service because we believed our 15 yr old AC/Heat Pump was failing. Discovered it was just the condensate drain line. With it being a 15 year old 12 SEER system we did ask the serviceman about replacement. He (Chad) took the time to go over our options advising us on SEER upgrade and the different types of compressors. Who knew about single stage, double stage, variable systems - not us but by the time Chad left we were well informed and made a commitment for a new system. A week later and right on time the Accu-Temp installers, Peter and Austin, did a wonderful job installing and paying attention to even the littlest of details. Peter explained our new Daikin Fit system inside and out.
We had a couple questions along the way which were emailed to the Accu-Temp office and Michelle there was very responsive with the answers.

These folks are always there, Chuck and his team live service and concern for customers. They installed an a/c system short while ago-right size, right price for us. Their service always on time, courteous-a recent issue (after hours) and they came to our home in 10 minutes (as they said). Keep up then good work!

I was very pleased with the technician. He came after hours on the day that I called. He made sure when he left that I had air conditioning. He was very personable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to my neighbors.

We went with Accutemp because they are contractors with Lowe’s. My husband felt it would be better to go through a big corporation because they would only be working with the best in the industry. Unfortunately, within the year of having a brand new unit installed I have dealt with disappointment after disappointment with this company.
When we had our consultation, our unit and setup was inspected and we were told that Accutemp would be doing several things to correct our set up— none of which were delivered. Our old system’s condensation ran through an emergency line instead of the main line— we were told that would be fixed... it wasn’t. We had leaking through our closet ceiling, where our AC handler sits above, we were told that would be fixed... it wasn’t. Most of all, we were told that our new system would mean no more of our AC breaking down and shutting off completely to where we would need someone to come out and service it... that has simply not been the case. We have had no less than 5 service calls to Accutemp since our unit was installed less than a year ago so that it can simply just come on, and to my knowledge we haven’t been given any instructions on what is causing our issues/what we can do to get it up and running, ourselves, when we need to which would be helpful since we cannot get someone to help over the weekends. Unfortunately, several times it has happened over the weekend when there is no one on-call.
On top of this, they have been difficult to get ahold of when we do need to make a call. I’ve been hung up, placed on hold for 15 minutes until I gave up, and have had to email several times over to get a response.

The installation of our unit was fast and the team did a good job of not making a mess. When they come to service the unit they are courteous and professional. Aside from this, they have some work to do to improve— mostly not making promises to folks that they can’t keep.

Very impressed with the excellent install of new ac system .

Two appointment windows missed -- wasted my time. Don't waste yours.

Reply to Owner -- your tech never arrived by 1:45 (more than 1.5 hours after your second promise of 1200) or I would not have called to cancel. Suggest you talk to your employee and find out where he/she was?

The company (ARCTIC BREEZE ) that installed the A/ C unit initially could not help us until at least 4 days out . It was very hot and my elderly father needed A/C today , not next week .

I have done business with them recently and they are extremely knowledgeable with fast and effective work! The employees that came to service were professional and talked me out of something I didn’t need!
