Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning

James and his partner were amazing, professional and courteous. Michelle from the Office handled all finance and paperwork was outstanding as well. Very happy with entire Team!!!

I had a new Trane air handler and AC unit installed on Nov 27, 2019. The team that did the install (Peter and Scott) were professional, very competent and overall did an excellent job, including post clean-up. As it was late when they finished I did not go outside to hear the unit while running. The next morning when I went outside I could clearly hear it from 100 ft away which meant something was wrong with the fan assembly in the compressor. I called to report a potential issue and a technician came out and after his inspection I was advised that the office would call me. Later that day I received a call from the office to advise that a new fan assembly and fan motor had been ordered and upon receipt a service call would be scheduled. On Dec 4th 2019 the fan assembly and fan motor were replaced by Brock and the unit is now whisper quiet which is what I expected given that it is rated at 72 DB. So less than 1 week after install, the unit has been satisfactorily repaired and Accu-Temp have corrected a Trane manufacturing defect/quality control issue.

The entire approach by Accu-Temp in promptly resolving this issue was quite simply stellar and reinforces my original decision to contract them to do the install. When I reported the issue to Michelle, I was treated in a responsive and courteous manner and my concerns were listened to and I never received any push-back as to whether or not this was a real versus perceived problem. I could not be happier with my experience with Chuck and his entire team at Accu-Temp and highly recommend them as they clearly stand behind their work and the products they sell.

It is a pleasure to deal with a local company that takes such pride in both their work and in delivering outstanding customer service.

I would avoid this company. 6 years ago, they installed a new unit. Every year we have had an issue including the replacement of two coils - which they were paid for and I had to work with Trane for a partial credit. If it wasn't the coil it was a refigerant leak. Once, the repairman told me "the last guy that was here (theirs) didn't tighten the cap so you had a slow leak:. Needless to say we switched companies when things just didn't feel right. Today, surprise - we have an issue. Called new company and they found the issue. The Braze Joints were not installed correctly when the unit was installed and was leaking in multiple places. They showed me where the leak had occurred and soaked the foam wrap around the pipe. Needless to say, a couple thousand dollars of repairs to Accu-Temp and we believe our problems have been solved. The owner seems fair - I just need to question the level of experience of their installers and repair people. I think there are other options you should consider.

Had a very pleasant experience with Accu-temp and there representative Mr. Ted Blair. It is nice to watch someone who is a professional and respectful.

These guys really saved the day, on time, professional, fairly priced. I can't recommend them enough!!

If I could give them a zero I would. After 3 visits trying to diagnose the issue and saying they fixed the problem and didn't I gave up on them. I even signed up for their "plan" and of course each time they came they said the work wasn't covered under the plan. Unbelievable. They supposedly sent out their "best" two technicians the last time and said I need a new motor that would cost over $500 and of course wasn't covered under the "plan". Well, I just had another company come out and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. All that was wrong was a bad capacitor in the outside unit, where the brilliant Accutemp guys never even went to check. So, I just saved $400 by going with another company that knows what the heck they are doing. I would never recommend this company to anyone and would discourage anyone from using this company, which is why I took the time to write this. Hopefully it saves you from being ripped off by this company!

Ok the unit was fair priced and came to me excellent condition (read through please) the installers were sub par- a few issues. Now, they hired Brock the main tech. and Claudia as office manager, the sub par installers have left the business (yay, good riddance) Brock and Claudia have made it all right, and I’m extremely happy and confident with them again. They were a one star but have earned five with exceptional service and commitment. Thank you.

We are very pleased with Accu-Temp. They recently sold and installed a new Trane system at our home. From pre-sale through the final inspection they have been exceptional. The owner Chuck is a high quality person and the people he employs are high quality as well.
