Have been a customer of Accu-Temp since last year and have always been very happy with work. This past September my wife lost her Apple Watch at Flagler Beach. When we activated find my watch it was located at a residence in Palm Coast. It had been found by a party renting in area and had given to the owner of Accu-Temp to hold. We found address of residence and it turned out to be owner of Accu-Temp , Chuck. We made contact with him and watch was returned to us. Would recommend this business for AC service anytime and thanks again too Chuck 👍

Have used Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning for duct cleaning.
It was happening in March.
Before air duct cleaning I had inspection runs through all house and I had confirmation air duct is good and have any disconnected pipes.
The guy(manager) when came to making a contract he says the company will clean an air duct and include coil cleaning. I have signed a contract to do that job. Duct cleaning supposes to do 2 persons as the manager says.
A week later technician guy came to do the actual cleaning, he was so upset to do that job, as he says he hate to do duct cleaning and he was by himself only to do that job.
That guy has used my own vacuum to clean most of the air duct access and his equipment to do inside pipes cleaning. Coil cleaning he says, you have a good coil, and you don't need to do a cleaning. which is totally not correct(the coil needs to be cleaned). He has no time to do that job because he was by himself.

I have left a house for almost 3 and half months, now we have moved in the house and I see air conditioner running constantly and looks like a somewhere air leak.
I get to the attic space to check what is going on, and I see an air duct pipe is pulled off from the air box. And I have called another company to inspect that problem, the other company says air duct cleaners have actually pulled by their cleaning equipment that pipe from the box.
I have to contact a company have done air duct cleaning.
Unfortunately, Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning want to charge for that job to fix the issue they did for almost $400.

If I have no inspection recently runs all house maybe I agree that was before they are doing their job. That is for sure company Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning did break that pipe.
Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning says you have to contact us 3 months later and that is your problem, I said I have not used air conditioning until we have moved in. House stays empty with no running air conditioner for 3 and half months. They don't care.

Conclusion: Do NOT Order their services for duct cleaning. The company Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning technicians doing the job no so well and they easily can break something and have no responsibility.

Terrible company! Beware! I got invoice on a NEW HVAC on Nov 2/2021 (installed ends Sep 2021) with 1 year labor warranty. Several issues after i got invoice and several visits to fix them: that should have raised a flag!. We also pay extra for a device to keep drains clear (almost $200). A year and 3 days after initial invoice (Nov 5/2022) a major failure, and they came back: They bill us $400 including refilling the Refrigerant and refilling did not last even a weekend. They also check system and now they are estimating that evaporator coil need to be replaced and estimating almost $1000 but it could be even more based on their quote.

I called Acc-Temp on a Wednesday, and by Friday afternoon, I had a new heat pump condensing unit installed. What I appreciated the most from Chad, Shaun, and Luke, each took the time to answer my questions and gave me tips on extending the life of the new unit.
I am glad to recommend this local company.

I recently moved into a new home and unfortunately the ac system was 20 years old and stopped working completely. Michelle at the office expressed great concern regarding the issue and had Chad come out to diagnose the issue and got me set up for a brand new install within a week. Accu-Temp replaced both of my HVAC systems that were slightly over 14 years old. Both Shaun and Chris did an excellent job with a clean installation. I appreciate good mechanical installations that give the best possible access for future service, and everything was done cleanly and properly.

This company is amazing! They went above and beyond to help me when my main AC went out. They even provided a portable unit to use downstairs until a new unit arrived. Because of their amazing service and professionalism, I chose to install 2 new AC's, not just 1. The upstairs unit was old anyway, and before having issues with it, I chose to not only replace the main unit , but also replace upstairs unit. Amazing and highly recommend!
