Beachside has been our go to for all of our heating and air conditioning needs for the past year. They are always responsive to our calls and on time to our appointments. They perform regular maintenance, repairs on our two legacy systems and just installed a ductless system.

I had air conditioning problem and thought I needed some to fix problem. I called beachside and talked to the owner Ted and he talked me through fixing it myself. Saved me time and money with great advice. Will be using Beachside for all my HVAC needs!

When my air conditioning went out, I called a few different HVAC companies but no one could come out that day. A friend recommended Beachside Heat 'N Air. I called and spoke with Ted, the owner, and that afternoon Aaron and Mike showed up and had my air working within a couple hours! They're a local company, friendly technicians, and excellent service! I highly recommend Beachside.

After Hurricane Irma and the flooding and power outage came back online, 24 hours later our A/C unit went out. One of their techs was down the street when I was driving home fielding the call from my wife that the A/C went out after making a terrible noise. I stopped to ask the tech to stop by and he was there 30 minutes later. Diagnosed the unit was toast from saltwater intrusion and offered to loan us a portable unit for our bedroom so we could at least sleep better. He said the boss would call about options. An hour later the owner, Ted called, offered to replace the 5 ton unit and the air handler for less than half the price 2 of our neighbors paid earlier in the year from other companies...for just the A/C units alone! It was the perfect time to gouge me on price, but he didn't at all. That was a Saturday. Had us a new unit installed on Tuesday afternoon when a shipment came in that morning. I cannot give greater kudos. On a scale of 1 to 5, they get a 10. Way above and beyond the call of duty. His tech showed up that Saturday Night at 9PM to hook us up on that portable A/C so we could get a decent night sleep in spite of the icky humid conditions post hurricane. Who else does that??? I will never ever call anyone else.

Horrible company. They made an appointment, they no showed, called again another appointment, they no showed again. They have no commitment and no correspondence.

Excellent service. Polite, pleasant and professional, and super efficient.
I'll definitely call them again! Highly recommended!
