Chad is an excellent technician! He’s is knowledgeable and friendly. AccuTemp has been working on our systems since we bought our house/3 years and we have been satisfied ever since.

Let me first apologize to Chad, Michelle, Miguel, and Brandon for taking so long to write a review 😬😁.
Chad (sales advisor) was my first interaction with the company and he made a great impression by just straight out being honest, upfront, and in no way "pushy" or "salesy" as he played a major role in our decision to take a deeper look into having Accu-temp provide our new A/C. Michelle (customer service), whom we were introduced to by Chad, definitely helped Chad seal the deal with her awesome customer service, patience, friendly, and very genuine outgoing spirit throughout the multiple times we had to make phone contact trying to figure out the financials. Miguel and Brandon(installers) just carried on the unbelievable experience with their "nothing less than the best" attitude lead by Miguel during the installation process. Brandon came back out at a later date to assist with some additional touch ups and was once again awesome. I would definitely recommend family members, friends, and strangers to use this company if they come across the need for a new A/C system as they are definitely the kind of company to go with when making such a huge investment. Thanks so much to Chad, Michelle, Miguel, Brandon, and the other gentleman that came out to the install to help insure great service (sorry I didn't get his name), as they definitely represented Accu-temp very well; the company should be proud to have such great representation.

Chad arrived early within the time frame that I was given when I called for service this morning. He was quickly able to identify the problem with my HVAC unit, and offered several suggestions as to the best way to go about repairing the issue and gave me options for a maintenance plan which lowered my cost today and ensures that my system will be maintained and cleaned for a year. He was polite, friendly, professional and wore a face mask while speaking with me. I appreciated his assistance and suggestions and I'd be happy to refer Chad and Accu-Temp. I have used their service in the past, and have always found them extremely responsive and professional. I will continue to call Accu-Temp, whenever I have I an a/c issue.

The tech...B. Martinez..was professional and knowledgeable. He provided detailed information about my A/C unit and answered all of my questions. He did not push to sell other equipment and services.
I would use Accu-Temp again.

Ted is just AMAZING. My experience with Accu-Temp has been great but Ted truly understands the value of great customer service and always goes above and beyond. He is not only a great technician but he is also a great guy!

Tech Chad Carreiro has been here several times for repairs and is super friendly and professional. He keeps you informed of the work and the cost. We have been with Accutemp since 2014 and have been very satisfied.

Our air handler fan went out on the Sunday night before Memorial Day. We left a message at Accu-Temp and also reached out to several other AC companies, however by 10am on Memorial Day, we had a call-back and before 11am, Chuck (the owner) was at our door and accessing our options(we still have not heard from the other companies we reached out to). We knew for a while that we needed to replace our entire AC unit since it was 16 years. Chuck explained our options and we personally felt to just get a new unit rather than throw money on the old one. Within 48 hours, we had a new unit installed and paid less than we anticipated!! We are so thankful for Chuck and his team's quick response and service!!

Living on the southeast coast, air conditioning is an absolute necessity most of the year. Unfortunately, the environment is brutal to the equipment, so emergency calls for service and periodic replacement are a fact of life. This company has never failed to get us back working again no matter the time of day. And when it came time to replace our heat pump system this week, Shaun and his team at Accu-Temp came up with a much-improved system configuration that addressed past issues. And it was at a great price! Installation was accomplished in a day, including full checkout and cleanup afterwards. The result was aesthetically pleasing as well as functional... our best ever replacement experience!
