We had an amazing experience with Accu-temp. Our AC went out in the hottest part of the early summer and we needed an entire new unit because ours was 20+ years old. The office staff was sweet and amazing as I panicked with 2 little ones in our super hot house! They were also super helpful getting everything scheduled quickly and efficiently. Chuck the owner came out and checked our unit himself before we took the plunge for a new unit. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He made sure we were getting the best deal for our house size and budget. The techs that came out to do the install were also extremely professional and respectful of our home and the fact that I had 2 little kids in the house. I highly recommend Accu-temp! You can't go wrong!

I give the business 5 stars for their AC installation, but when promised to be given a great price to change out my duct work if I waited for the cooler months, I was surprised how difficult it was to get an estimate from Chuck. After waiting a month and finally getting Chuck on the phone he said the job was too large for him and his team (Residential Home 3280 Sq Ft.). I wish he was just honest from the get go so I could get a company to do it all at the same time. Thanks Chuck, not sure what changed in the 4 months from install to estimate, but thanks a lot for the shady business practices.

Since moving to Flagler Beach in 2015, Accu-temp has been my A/C and heating company, for residence and rental house next door. Repair costs and new unit costs are fair and affordable. The office staff is efficient. Chuck and servicemen are punctual and professional. They explain thoroughly, with written and email attachment estimates. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the honesty of Accu-Temp as a company and the professionalism of their Staff / Crew. Sometimes we do not hear what we want to hear but find out it is for the best. That was our case. Chuck gave me a fair price and worked with us on explaining payment options. He was genuine and showed a true concern for our circumstance. We discussed what would be the best equipment options for us and Chuck explained why. Chuck came to our home and inspected our unit with me. The unit was costing more to operate because of the lack of airflow through the coils. The existing unit had corrosion issues and needed replacement. He told me that the manufacturer did not cover corrosion. Another company had told me that the corroded part would be covered under warranty on the unit (5 years old). Chuck called the manufacturer with me present and confirmed to me that the part was not covered by the manufacturer for corrosion. In short I was about to have a $3.5k part replaced paying over $600 labor and would have found out that I would have to pay for the part and labor. I decided the best course of action was to replace the old unit given the price difference for the repair and a new unit. I shared with Chuck that our unit had problems from installation. We found out 2 years after installation that the installers had wired the unit wrong and the second stage of the compressor had never come on for 2 years. Other issues included lots of condensation and air leaks. Chuck explained what caused each of those issues and what Accu-Temp would do during installation to prevent those problems. The installers came to our home prepared and did excellent work. They handled the new equipment with care and treated it as if it were their own. The installers worked carefully and thoroughly. What I appreciated the most was that the installers peer checked each other’s work. They shared knowledge with each other and me. In all I ended the day feeling very good about the choice to use Accu-Temp to help us with our air conditioning need. I came away knowing how our new system worked and how to operate it. Best of all I came away knowing the installation was done correctly and trusting the work that was done. That is something of great value after our previous experience.

I have to give Accu-Temp a 5 star rating. My AC had been running constantly and just not putting out any cold air this past June even though I just had a big named company come and service it. The house was very hot and I couldn't let my 87 year old mother live here like this. My friend Carlos called Chuck at Accu-Temp and gave him my phone number and Chuck immediately called me back. Within a couple of days 2 service men, Peter and Dillon were at my house installing my new unit inside and outside. They were the nicest guys and very efficient and cleaned up when they left. My electric bill has, everyday since my AC was installed, gone down drastically . This summer has been very hot so to see it go from $240.00 a month to this last bill of $109.00, I'm extremely grateful for Chuck and his crew at Accu-Temp. I highly recommend this company.....Nice people, very professional. Thanks guys....

Flagler Power Equipment's a/c went out last week. AccuTemp came out at the scheduled time. Our system is 20 year old. After inspection and consultation determined needed to be replaced. The guy was thorough and professional with different options. I signed the contract. They scheduled a day to replace it. They came on time. Described all they were to do and did it professionally and timely. Recommend them.

We were impressed right from the beginning with the presentation by Chuck the owner who helped us with the right choice of financing as well as the secretary Camille who had such patience with us and finally Paul the installer who did a great job with not only the installation but, recommendations about how to keep our new AC up and running.

IF I COULD MARK 0 stars i would!!!Horrible quality work. Terrible management. Absolute nightmare to work for company. Made prior arrangements for personal vehicle mileage compensation and they totally lied about it and fired me right after without any kind of reimbursement. Then claimed they never agreed upon anything. Obviously wouldn’t have used my truck if that were the case. Horrible management super unprofessional. Thought all the horror stories were wrong oh hell no. Just as bad as they say it is
