I had a great experience with Veterans AC and Heat, Inc... beginning with the office. Sarah, av knowledgeable professional, was patient and responsive to all of my many questions and concerns when I had to replace my AC for the very first time. The estimate was fair, and the crew were very professional. The job was done quickly and cleanly... And they were very accommodating with changes I needed to make and requests that I had. Service was done today, and all is well. Thank you!

The technician stayed in contact by texting when they were enroute. He was very personable and professional. He listened to my concerns and checked everything mentioned. Their maintenance programs are reasonable and beneficial. No complaints so far.

Veterans was able to quickly respond to our need and install a unit quicker than the other companies. We are very satisfied with their work.

Veterans is awesome. They are professional and provide great customer service. We are very satisfied with the installation of our new A/C unit and they were super quick to get us on the schedule!

I always get great service and quality work from Veterans in general and I have specifically worked with Will Eubanks the last two times I had an issue and he does everything 100%. This last time was on a Sunday at the end of a long week where Will was on call. He came Sunday with the same great attitude as usual answering all my questions. I’ve had less than stellar experiences with other HVAC companies, mediocre quality, charging me for things that weren’t needed. You get none of that with Veterans!!

Can't say enough good things about this company, especially the 3 young men who came to install my new AC and service an existing one. They went the extra mile to ensure things were done the right way and educating me on maintaining my new equipment. Thanks guys 👍 I'll be calling them again for all my HVAC needs.

Our air conditioning unit shorted out during Hurricane Elsa and our neighbor recommended Veterans. They came out shortly after we called, gave us an estimate, and installed the new unit the next day. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Quick reasonable estimate and the installers were hard-working and very pleasant. Thank you Veterans it was a pleasure doing business with you
