The service professional was great. He explain to Repair that was needed. He made us aware that we would do a few more things for the units. At this time we were unable to do those further installation. They are great will use them all the time. They have been our Air Conditioning company for the past four years. Very professional

I called Veteran's AC & Heat because the back half of our house has not been getting cool. We suspected something wrong with the duct system.
By the way, they were recommended by many people in my neighborhood! They came the following day and Joe did a thorough inspection of my whole system. He told me that my ducts were fine, even though they are older. They showed no signs of corrosion or water damage! What he did say was that I needed a complete overhaul of my insulation - something their company does not do. I am down to one inch, and the Florida code calls for 14 inches!! Wow! (By the way, I found a company called Craig's, he explained why you should never use cellulose insulation, which is what most companies use, and he came and did a great job for me the next day!). Anyway, back to Veteran's. They were honest, told me I didn't need their services, and didn't even charge me for doing the consultation! I can't promise that part will happen for you, but it was a nice gesture. I will always recommend them to people and when it comes time to do AC work we will be calling them back!

As always, courteous and prompt swrvice. A Veteran's tech came out promptly on a Sunday when our rental property's AC float switch stopped working. The tech vacuumed out the line and had everything working in short order. Veteran's services three of our family's properties and never a problem.

I called Veterans A/C this morning at 0800 and explained the problem with my ~15yo system.

She gave me a 1200-1400 window.

He showed at 1100 and spent a lot of time testing and troubleshooting. I was braced for a replacement diagnosis… He ultimately got my system up n running like it should. He said everything mechanically/electrically was within parameters so it wasn’t in need of replacing, loose wire nuts in the air handler and chaffed wires outside causing our problems.

No one likes to have A/C issues in the summer! Will was great. He made me feel like I was his most important customer. He addressed my situation and then I complained that after some ductwork (done last year) the old ducts were left in the attic. He called the office and another crew came out and pulled out the "left over trash". Everyone was apologetic for the oversight! They have been servicing my A/C for a few years now and every visit the team is polite and professional. Thank you!

I signed up for the maintenance contract to keep my system operating at peak performance. The value and service are excellent. A family member initially called them for an issue with their a/c, or so they thought. Veterans was honest that it was not an a/c problem but an insulation issue. Loved the honesty. They’ve earned all our business.

A/C stopped blowing cold overnight. After trying some basic troubleshooting, I called 6 different HVAC companies. Veterans AC & Heat was the only company that could get a tech out same day. They were at my house in about an hour and had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who needs HVAC services.

2nd time i have used Veterans. Woke up to 80 degrees in the house this morning. Called Veterans at 845 this morning and they had Will at my house by 930. Work was completed by 1015. They are very responsive, professional and fairly priced. If you need a reliable, trustworthy A/C company, you can't go wrong with Veterans.

When our old HVAC began failing we needed two things. First we needed a short term "fix" because it is Summer in Florida. We got that the very next day (after I visited their office) and we also got a quote to both replace the unit and relocate it from a hot attic to a corner of a small bedroom so all would be located in conditioned space and easy to access for filters and maintenance. Turns out Michael is a neighbor and is building a new home nearby so we will see him and his family as they complete a really nice house.
