We needed a big AC job done to replace 30 year old handlers in a 176 degree attic and two new outdoor units on a new 12ft high platform.

Mike Yancey located the problem, explained it to me, replaced the necessary part, and took the time to answer all my questions patiently and completely. Realized after we put new batteries in the thermostat that it was the problem not the unit outside. John arrived and checked everything and realized our A/C was just shy of 20 yrs old. So... we signed up for a new A/C which will be installed 7/19 (would have been sooner but we are traveling). Financing was a breeze and everyone I have spoken to has been extremely professional and helpful. Looking forward to a new a/c system - thank you

I called to ask about service for my under-performing AC unit. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get an appointment! Yikes! Fortunately the unit was not entirely useless otherwise I would have tried another company.They sent the wrong tech the first time but was able to send the right tech the next day. The service was done in 1/2 hour by Joe.

Veterans AC did an excellent job removing our outdated system and ductwork. They planned and installed a new duct system, handler and condenser quickly. It was a huge job and it took a large number of staff members working together cleanly and efficiently. They worked hard removing ductwork and installing new supply and return points in the house. I enjoyed their service and like how they take care of veterans. Part of the job payment went to support veteran charities. I am very pleased with the results and service.

We had to call them for emergency repair after our AC went out on Labor Day weekend. I was shocked at how quickly they came out for repairs. We called them at 7am on Sat morning, they had some out by 9 and it was fixed by 930ish(drain line was clogged). I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company!

I just started using Veterans AC. They did an annual service on my AC unit which including checks and cleaning the drain line. They were on time and the tech was polite and answered my questions. Time will tell as I just started with them but I am hopeful they will live up to the reputation I have seen on line.
