Veterans AC installed my unit a few years ago. When I was having a problem with it, they came out immediately to repair it. John was great and got it working very quickly. The people in the office were also incredibly nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Called the morning after my AC unit stopped working overnight. Mike came out the next day during the scheduled time and fixed my issues quickly at a very fair price . He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Mike gave me a very honest opinion of the condition of my system after checking everything out. Very professional and I would definitely use them again.

We called Veteran’s AC on Sunday and heard back within about 10 minutes. They said someone could come that day but we chose to wait till Monday. Mike Yancey from Veterans AC came to my house last night at 9:00 p.m. after I called Veterans frantically when my AC stopped working at 7:30 p.m. He quickly and honestly assessed the situation as a backed up drain pan under the air handler in the garage attic that needed to be drained out and flushed.

Within a few minutes he was up a ladder and in the crawl space fixing the situation. He clearly explained to me what the issue was and what was needed to get my AC working again. Within 20 minutes he had my AC back up and running. This was the first time I have used Veterans AC and will certainly not be the last. I cannot recommend this company highly enough to anyone looking for a professional, honest, fairly priced and highly responsive air conditioning and HVAC services, which nowadays is hard to find!

Mike, the tech from Veterans, answered my million questions, vacuumed out the gunk in the line, cleaned the coil, replaced the capacitor, inspected my duct work, and gave me an estimate for a new system per my request. He didn’t oversell and was very informative and helpful. Our unit is 14 years old, so it may have some years left in it. From the moment, Sarah scheduled my appointment, I could tell this company is focused on customer service and clear communication. Kudos to them.

I hired Veterans AC for my annual preventative maintenance for two A/C units. They came highly recommended and definitely lived up to the recommendation. The customer service was professional, timely response compared to the competitors and professional with the maintenance. I appreciate the honesty and integrity.

Because of an incoming tropical system there was going to be a delay on the installation of my new AC unit. I requested a short supply of coolant in outgoing AC unit to hold me over until new unit was installed. Will, from Veterans Air was out in an hour.

When our nearly 40 year old HVAC system was about to die, we had Veterans AC & Heat replace the system with a new one. Installation took one day. They removed and hauled away the old one. My electric bill was cut in half. New AC is nice and cold. They also installed a new "smart" thermostat. Couldn't be happier. Great price. Great Service. Caring support. Highly recommend!
