Will Ebanks was very prompt and professional. All their staff is and they all explain in detail what they're doing before any work is done, and they're good about cleaning up after themselves too. Cameron arrived on time. He was polite, professional, and explanned the maintenance program. He pefformed the maintenance and clearly stated what t needed to get done. It was the most comprehensive maintenance that the AC system has ever had. I highly recommend Veterans AC.

I used Veterans AC for my personal home and they did an excellent job. Parts of my home were colder than others so they redesigned to fix the issue and it works perfect now! They were already doing the maintenance on our business system and when the unit needed to be replaced we had them install a new system. Veterans AC has always been on time and does great work.

Veterans AC came out for an inspection visit. Was kept informed as to arrival time so my time was not wasted, or finger tapping waiting. Great Service once on-site. Gave a true honest evaluation of my system. Was not there to UP SELL OR OVER CHARGE, a company with values. Gives back to the community. Highly recommend ! I will be a customer for a long time.

AC got hit by lightning during a recent storm. We just moved into the area, and weren't really sure who to call. Glad we called Veterans AC! They came out, located the problem and fixed it, all within a reasonable timeframe. Their tech was phenomenal! The whole company acts with integrity and kindness. During our repair, the tech let us know the part was actually under mft warranty and the cost would be less expensive than quoted. He knew we didn't know about the mft warranty, and they still honored it. This is one example of their upfront approach to HVAC. I will 100% use Veterans for all future repairs. They even have a service package that was too good to pass up! We all need AC in Florida, I would highly recommend Veterans AC!!
