Veterans AC & Heat Inc.

I decided to use Veterans AC & Heat Inc for the annual maintenance of my HVAC System based on the positive reviews. I am very happy with this decision. Cameron was on time and was very efficient. He explained the system was in great working order and made a couple of suggestions. I like the fact that he did not try to sell me additional services. The cost was great. I will definitely use them for future service.

I had a birthday party at my house. It was Friday near 3 pm, and our guests started gathering. I felt like the house was getting too hot despite the air conditioning being on. My husband tried to figure it out but nothing he did worked. We had to call Veterans AC. We used their services before, and they always did a great job. This time the lady on the phone said unfortunately a technician can’t come right away, and if I want them to come later today in a few hours, it’s going to be after hours service, which is more expensive. We had no choice and agreed. 30 minutes later she called me back and said their technician finished his job early and was on his way to our house, and they were going to charge us regular price because he was going to be there before 4 pm. That’s how nice they are trying to save customer’s money! Less than 2 hours after I placed a service call, our AC was working great again. Our guests didn’t even have time to realize that AC wasn’t on. We don’t even want to use any other service provider. Veteran’s AC is our one and only! Thanks guys for great work!

Joe came by today to repair our system. He was both professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and provided options to ensure the system's longevity. The service was excellent and very reasonably priced. We will certainly be using them again and can recommend their service to anyone needing AC assistance.

Thermostat went, called Veterans, came
out assessed the problem, issue was resolved in 2 days. Excellent service. Highly recommend this Company. Professional and courteous the service person John. Thanks.

We had a problem with our furnace at 2am.... I emailed the people at Veterans at 3am. They showed up at 9am to fix the problem. YOU CANNOT BEAT THAT SERVICE! The problem actually was pretty serious. We had a wire that faulted and melted causing a burn mark inside of the unit. Could have caused a fire. The unit is 5 feet from my 1 year olds room. We're thankful that nothing happened but we are also happy it was fixed by the pros at Veterans. Thanks again guys.

Chase and Ryan did an excellent job installing our new A/C system. They were professional, on time, and worked hard until the job was complete. They walked us through everything. Very thorough. Great service at a great price. Definitely recommend Veterans A/C and Heat.

This company is fantastic. We had them recommended by a friend to get a new A/C a couple years back and have used exclusively ever since. They are professional, on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly get it right before they leave. We highly recommend them to anyone who has an A/C issue.

Veterans replaced a complete heat pump system for us, and on a separate visit, replaced a faulty blower motor on our second system. They were able to replace the motor within 3 hours of my call. The full system job required a crane to lift the compressor to the roof. I’ve been impressed and/or very pleased with every service visit they’ve made.

The tech arrived within the window frame given when I set the appointment up, listened to any questions I had and was able to give me an answer. He worked quickly and efficiently to get our system maintenance completed. Once done he covered everything about the system as far as performance and how it stood up to the standards. We will continue to use this company going forward for all HVAC needs!

installed new system last year, 2 service techs polite,thorough,even supplied a portable for the weekend as this was not a scheduled repair.job was done quickly. just had a 1yr. service check, no problems thus far much more efficient unit electric bill noticeably lower.
