Technician came on time, conducted maintenance and evaluated my ten year old AC system and filter. I felt his advice was honest, as he gave me info on purchasing a filter on my own and having Veterans install it for less money. I'm so happy that I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan, and it was at less cost than my previous AC company. The best part is that my dad is a 100 year old Army Veteran of WWII and I am honored to support this Veteran's company.

I use this company on three of my properties. They are always very responsive, and professional. I have had them out for 3 different issues at different properties. Each time they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Price was very reasonable and they never tried to oversell services. Once I even asked the tech about several additional concerns, and he told me those things were fine, and didn’t need repair. I really appreciate a company I can trust.

I came home from work and discovered it was pretty warm inside. Veterans AC and Heat was able to come out that night and look at it. The capacitor went bad and the tech grabbed one out of the truck and was able to get my unit running! Will was my technician and he was very professional and honest. He explained exactly what he was doing, from start to finish. I will definitely be calling these guys again for my HVAC needs.
