It was easy to schedule an appointment, the time window wasn’t too large and they let you know when they are in route, which is a nice touch. Alex was very informative and helpful. He was able to identify the issue and give me tips on how to prevent it from happening again. I highly recommend Veterans AC & Heat Inc, they provide great service.

I called Veterans AC and heat to have my AC unit cleaned. I always appreciate doing business with companies that are on time, do excellent work and efficient in knowing the job. The service tech was professional and knowledgeable. I’d recommend Veterans as an excellent AC heating company.

Technician was prompt and did a good job. However, the office did not want to explain the cost of what was done. We were on vacation, which we told them and after two days they called and threaten to put a lien on our house. Very unprofessional. We gave them 2 stars because the technician did his job.

Blake and Ryan were great! They were professional and courteous and got the whole HVAC system installed so quickly. I'll never use another AC Company.

Had an a/c emergency overnight and called the after hours number. Was told I would hear from the on call tech after 8 am. Got a call at 745 am the next day, tech was there by 815 and repairs were complete by 9am. I won't use anyone else when it comes to hvac service.

From my first call to service my AC unit, Veterans people were friendly and helpful, always keeping me up to date on the status of my appointment. John came out and was incredibly knowledgeable and nice. He gave hints on how to maintain my system that no other company ever did. John told me all the test points and tolerances of my AC system and completed the service quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely continue to use Veterans AC for my future HVAC needs.

Our community was having re-roofing done...Veterans gave us an opportunity for a new AC system at a discount. From Roy doing the initial quote to Sarah in the office to Chase and his install crew, everything was smooth, professional, and of high quality.. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a quality Carrier system and AC compnay.

We wjust purchased the home and the air conditioning stopped working. They came out right away. Did a diagnosis of the AC unit, checked the date of the unit and found out it was still under warranty. Ordered the parts and showed up the next day and did the repairs.
We are very satisfied with the service they provided.

Blake our ac tech today was outstanding and effective in his work. Veterans Air is just the best we have had in 26 years. Their work is reliable, they are honest and we appreciate them.
