I don't know how this company gets such good reviews. They are terrible. Installed a new AC and ductwork for me and did a terrible job. The ductwork is leaking at every joint I can access. The AC is leaking and growing mold. It took them 4 tries and 1 failed inspection to get the unit in. Final try and all looking good till Gary arrived and twisted the unit thereby breaking the seals. That is what I was left with. Now there is mold growing and the house stinks.

I have been using air ref for 15 years. They installed a new ac 10 years ago. Alan was here yesterday for maintenance but they’ve come middle of the night if I had an ac problem. The men that have come have all been kind and experts in their field. I highly recommend them.

Air-Ref Co. installed my A/C system 4 years ago. Twice a year they provided maintenance. This Sunday A/C stopped working 8 days before scheduled maintenance because of the drainage pipe clog. I call the service and the problem was fixed the same day. Technician quickly identified and fixed the problem. Thanks. But I still have one question. Previously a condensate drained to home drainage system and did not required maintenance for years. Why the new Code requires separate pipe which clogged less then in six months?

After a bad experience with a different company earlier in the day, who recommended a full system replacement, I called Air-Ref at the suggestion of the Trane website. They were able to come out within a few hours. Our technician, Dan, was really outstanding! He quickly diagnosed and found the problem (a refrigerant line that was damaged by roof work on the condo). He was able to patch the leak, and recharge our system, for a very reasonable cost (especially in comparison to a full replacement which would not have fixed the problem anyway). I would HIGHLY recommend Air-Ref, and Dan. Quality, Value, Professionalism and Integrity. I'll be a continuing customer!

I am now on my third insurance claim after purchasing a top of the line HVAC system for air-ref. I was forced to renovate my entire house when it collapsed my ceiling, and just as the renovation was done, it happened again (which, in fairness, is on the engineer from my insurance company that gave it a clean bill of health). Nevertheless, I would highly caution against this company - the apparently sell great products that are very poorly installed, and, take it from me, this can ruin your life (or at least keep you out of your home for years)

Amazing service and quality. I have been using Air ref for years for our AC maintenance and they always are on point. Just had a major installation done and couldn't be happier. There were a few issues but they worked through it and in the end everything was completed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.
