Kiefer was very knowledgeable and professional. We were extremely impressed with the thorough service. Our previous AC Maintenance Service spent 15 minutes while Air Ref was here for well over an hour. We are so happy to have this company take care of our biannual maintenance.

Aaron was so pleasant and professional. Went straight to work to find the problem. He said he thought it was a A/C freon leak, which he confirmed and explained each step from finding the problem to fixing, including pricing. Wonderful professional efficient service. Aaron has such excellent people skills and answers all questions. Air Ref is top notch.

Air-Ref has been the only A/C company I’ve ever used since my family moved to Florida from New York over 25 years ago. My current contact with them calls for two inspections per year. Last week, Aaron was the technician they sent for my first inspection of 2023. Aaron was here for almost a hour and did an excellent job inspecting everything that needed to be checked. I was also in the market to purchase a new thermostat since the one that was recently installed wasn’t working correctly. I ordered an Ecobee based on Aaron’s suggestion. Air-Ref immediately placed the order for me and they sent Aaron back the next day for installation. Again, Aaron’s work was impeccable!! Also, Aaron patiently took the time to install the Ecobee app on my iPhone and to program everything as I had requested. Many thanks to Aaron & Air-Ref!!!!

Aaron was amazing. He quickly know what the issue was and showed me what was wrong. He didn’t overcomplicate anything but made it feel like it was a quick fix. Now on a maintenance package and I want him to be the one to come over all the time. Thank for keeping us cool.

Aaron was professional, nice to deal with, and knew what he was doing. He got to work right away and fixed my A/C in 30 minutes, all with a smile on his face. The issue was clearly explained to me as well. Count me as a happy Air-Ref customer.

Update: I again had an issue with my A/C. Called Air-Ref and they sent Aaron over. Once again, he knew what was wrong, fixed it, and explained it to me. I am so happy with Air-Ref and their service! Aaron is exceptional and the customer service team does a good job of ensuring timely scheduling.

Aaron from Air Ref Company was excellent and we were very happy with his AC repair that he provided us. He was very professional, and explained everything to us. Our AC broke down over the weekend and Aaron diagnosed the issue quickly while also checking to make sure all other components were working properly.
