My first time using Air-Ref. Purchased a service agreement. Carlos called ahead and arrived on time. Explained what he was doing. Worked carefully and cleaned as he went along. Explained the need for a capacitor and why, advised on filter replacement not needed this time. So far I am happy with this service. It was a first time.

Used Air-Ref co air conditioning service in the past without issue.
My latest experience was disappointing as the dispatcher insisted on charging for services I didn't need.

I have been using Airref for 10+ years and every visit is better than the last one. Great professional work, courteous staff, punctual. Recently changed my air conditioning unit for my home and had Ian and his work buddy all day at the house. They could not have been more efficient, polite, professional and prompt with their work. The technicians are courteous and professional: they call ahead to confirm arrival time, put on shoe protectors, and survey the scope of the job before starting. Their service write-ups are accurate and detailed. The cost is reasonable. I highly recommend Air-Ref.

Needed nightime emergency AC repair. Initially was going to have to wait approx 2 1/2 hrs. which isn't that long IMO. Mike M called and was at my house within 20 mins! Mike M was great. He was very personable and professional. I appreciated that he took the time to walk me through the problem, and answered my questions without me feeling like he was rushing just to collect a check. Will use Air Ref again.

I had Air Ref install a new AC unit and new ductwork at my house about a year ago.
I can't live in the house now due to the terrible air quality and have mostly stayed elsewhere the past year. The ductwork leaks and mold has overtaken the unit.It stinks, smells musty and there is a roughness to the air I breathe. I can feel it affecting my health. It has been a nightmare. They ignore my requests to fix it.
I don't know what to do at this point. Beware.
