My A/C tech Shimmy was very professional and helpful. He showed up on time and patiently answered all my questions. Explained everything he did with great suggestions for me to continue keeping my AC in good condition explained all in Laymans terms was very happy with him and the company.

Our AC stopped working on a Friday night. I called Friendly and within a few minutes, I had a call back. I was able to get a service call on Sunday morning. Shimmy, the technician was prompt, "friendly" and GREAT! I am happy to say that we are cool again and I definitely would refer them

Conrad is professional and conducts himself with etiquette. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure all my requests were made. I am extremely pleased with Conrad’s service and would recommend him to everyone.
Friendly responded promptly. Turned out the AC unit they installed had a fan motor that failed, which was under warranty. I was told it was Company policy to charge $450 for warranty work, as only parts were covered. They added the service fee of $90 to the bill so the total was $540 for about 1 1/2 hours of warranty work. To me this is taking advantage of their customers. This is not the first time I felt I was overcharged. I will never use them again.

I've been using Friendly A/C for years now and happy to report that the service hasn't gone downhill. I had an A/C unit at a property that needed a new blower motor and heater. They put me on the schedule for the same day. I looked up to see if the parts were still under warranty which they were. The guys honored this and only charged for labor which helped. They will always be the first ones I call when I have an issue!
