The service provided by jacobs heating and air conditioning was great. They have been in business for a long time and I can see why. They arrived for the service exactly on time. The service cost estimate was right on target. The technicians John, j.o., and Pablo were very efficient and explained what they did in a very easy to understand dialog. We are definitely going to use jacobs for future hvac servicing and maintenance.

I have relied on Jacob Heating and Air Condition for over fifteen years to service and maintain my AC systems. Recently I had the pleasure of having Kenny Arrington from Jacob provide the semi-annual maintenance service and install a new thermostat. Kenny was very prompt and professional. He serviced the entire system and then provided me an update. Kenny also ensured the smart thermostat he installed was operating correctly and that I could control it from my phone.

Jacob Heating & AC was quick with the new AC/heating system estimate and installation. JD and Pablo did an excellent installation. Very professional, kept job site clean and provided a great explanation of how the new system works along with the Ecobee thermostat. I would strongly recommend this company and their employees.

We needed to adjust the airflow to different rooms. J.D. and Pablo came out and did the work. They installed three dampers to the duct work. They were efficient, courteous and experienced. They did a great job. I was very happy with their service.

I had John and Keegan come out and install a mini split and they were respective of the fact that I was working from home that day. They were quiet for the vast majority of the time (other than the drilling, which can't be quieted). They were also professional and friendly. Received new AC/Heat unit. Philip and Larry came to do the install. They were very polite and courteous as they worked. They were very mindful of the property, covered the front rug to keep it clean and cleaned the area as they worked. I work from home and there was very little time there was loud noise as they worked to remove the old unit and make ready for the new one. Work was completed same day and new unit works great!!
